المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وبناء وصيانة المنصات الداخلية التي تدعم تطوير التطبيقات ونشرها وتشغيلها، مع تمكين فرق التطوير من خلال بيئات موحدة وأتمتة وقدرات الخدمة الذاتية.
- تنفيذ وتشغيل خدمات البنية التحتية بما في ذلك الحوسبة والتخزين والشبكات والمنصات السحابية، وضمان توفرها وأدائها وقابليتها للتوسع.
- ضمان التوفر العالي للمنصات من خلال المراقبة وإدارة الحوادث والصيانة الاستباقية، وتنفيذ واختبار استراتيجيات استمرارية الأعمال (BCP) والتعافي من الكوارث.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية في السحابة أو DevOps أو IAM (مفضلة).
- خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في هندسة المنصات أو البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات أو عمليات السحابة أو IAM.
- خبرة عملية في البنية التحتية وعمليات المنصات، وإدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) مع تفضيل SailPoint، وممارسات الأتمتة و DevOps، والمراقبة.

- Platform Engineering & Enablement
- Design, build, and maintain internal platforms that support application development, deployment, and operations.
- Enable development teams through standardized environments, automation, and self-service capabilities.
- Improve platform usability, performance, and scalability to support business needs.
- Infrastructure & Cloud Operations
- Implement and operate infrastructure services including compute, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure infrastructure availability, scalability, and performance aligned with business requirements.
- Support infrastructure lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, and refresh.
- System Reliability & Availability
- Ensure high availability of platforms through monitoring, incident management, and proactive maintenance.
- Ensure platform resilience and continuity through implementation and testing of business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery strategies.
- Conduct health checks and performance tuning activities across platform components.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Manage IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint) including identity lifecycle, provisioning, and RBAC.
- Implement access governance practices such as certification campaigns and access reviews.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems, applications, and cloud services
- Privileged Access & Security Operations
- Support PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk) for managing privileged accounts and secure access.
- Monitor and audit user and privileged activities to ensure compliance and security.
- Enforce access control policies including segregation of duties (SoD).
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NCA).
- Automation & DevOps Enablement
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
- Enhance platform efficiency through infrastructure-as-code and automated provisioning.
- Support DevOps practices to accelerate delivery and reduce manual effort.
- Monitoring, Incident & Problem Management
- Implement monitoring tools to track platform health, availability, and performance.
- Respond to incidents and service disruptions, ensuring timely resolution.
- Analyze root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Platform Integration
- Collaborate with development teams, cybersecurity, and operations for platform integration.
- Ensure platform resilience and continuity through implementation and testing of business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery strategies.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure secure and optimized platform usage.

Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Cloud, DevOps, or IAM (preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in platform engineering, IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or IAM.
- Hands on experience in infrastructure and platform operations, IAM (SailPoint preferred), automation/DevOps practices, and monitoring and incident management
