Summary-
The Assistant Manager Guest Service will be responsible for assisting the Guest Service Manager in managing all aspects of guest satisfaction and ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for guests.
Job Responsibility-
- Assist in supervising, training, and motivating the guest service team to provide exceptional service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in developing and implementing guest service policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
- Assist in managing the guest service budget and expenses.
Candidate Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience in a guest service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in guest service software and systems.
- Solid understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices.
