يعلن معهد إدارة المخاطر والتعافي من الأزمات (مخاطر) في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية) عن توفر وظيفة رئيس خدمات التدريب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتقييم الاحتياجات التدريبية الحالية والمستقبلية من خلال تحليل الوظائف والمسارات الوظيفية وتقييم الأداء السنوي والتشاور مع مدراء العملاء.
- تطوير برامج تدريبية مخصصة تلبي احتياجات وتوقعات كل عميل على حدة.
- توظيف وتطوير وتقييم وإنهاء عقود المدربين.
- مراقبة وتقييم فعالية ونجاح البرامج التدريبية.
- إدارة ميزانية التدريب.
- تقديم جميع أنواع الدعم اللوجستي للبرامج التدريبية.
- حل المشكلات المحددة وتكييف البرامج التدريبية حسب الحاجة.
- إطلاع الإدارة العليا على اتجاهات التدريب والتطورات وأفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة ماجستير في المخاطر أو الإحصاء أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو الرياضيات أو علوم الحاسب أو علم البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سبع سنوات في مجال التعليم أو التدريب أو تطوير المهارات - يمكن إعادة النظر في هذا الشرط لحاملي درجة الدكتوراه ذات الصلة.
- سجل حافل في تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية ناجحة ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في مجال إدارة المخاطر.
- الإلمام بأساليب التدريب التقليدية والحديثة (الإرشاد، التدريب الفردي، التدريب أثناء العمل أو في الفصول الدراسية، التعلم الإلكتروني، ورش العمل، المحاكاة، وغيرها).
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع وإعداد الميزانيات.
- خبرة عملية في استخدام مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

Responsibilities
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with client’s managers
- Develop customized training programs that addresses needs and expectations of each client separately
- Recruit, develop, evaluate and terminate trainer’s contracts
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success
- Manage training budget
- Provide all logistics support for training programs
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Update senior management on training trends, developments and best practices
- Master’s degree in Risk, Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field
- Seven years of related experience in education, training, skill development - this may be re-considered for relevant PhD degree holders.
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs preferably in Risk Management
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Arabic - written and spoken
