About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Content Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging educational content that aligns with industry standards and learner needs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technical teams to create comprehensive learning modules, assessments, and supplementary materials. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the delivery of high-quality content that enhances the learning experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in content development, curriculum design, or instructional design within an edtech or educational environment is preferred. Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team, are crucial. Familiarity with industry trends, assessment methodologies, and digital learning best practices will be advantageous.

Responsibilities
