Job Title: Senior Executive Engineer - Roads & Infrastructure

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly seasoned Senior Executive Engineer with over 10 years of experience to provide top-tier technical leadership and operational oversight for our road and infrastructure division. You will be responsible for executing high-stakes projects, ensuring engineering excellence, and maintaining seamless coordination between government stakeholders (Amanah/MOMRA), consultants, and internal project teams. The successful candidate will act as a key technical decision-maker, ensuring that all projects are aligned with strategic objectives, budget constraints, and the highest quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirement

• sEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineerin
• gExperience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior/leadership capacity for large-scale road/highway and municipal infrastructure projects in KSA
• .Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of highway engineering, advanced soil/asphalt technology, and infrastructure utility management
