تعلن Lucid Motors Middle East عن وظيفة Mechanical Repair Technician (GA) في السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية المتعلقة بالشاسيه والتعليق والتوجيه والمكابح والأبواب والآليات الداخلية.
  • إصلاح أو استبدال المكونات الميكانيكية مثل المفصلات والمزالج والمشغلات والمثبتات والأقواس والوصلات.
  • التحقق من قيم العزم وسلامة المثبتات وجودة الوصلات باستخدام الأدوات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • إجراء التعديلات الوظيفية على الأبواب والأغطية ومصاعد البضائع والمقاعد والأنظمة الميكانيكية الأخرى لتلبية متطلبات التركيب والتسوية والوظيفة.
  • الاستجابة السريعة للأعطال أو الاضطرابات الميكانيكية لاستعادة تدفق الإنتاج.
  • استخدام الرسومات والمخططات والأدلة الميكانيكية لتشخيص الأعطال وتحديد السبب الجذري.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الكهرباء والجودة والإنتاج لحل المشكلات بشكل متكامل.
  • دعم تحليل السبب الجذري للأعطال الميكانيكية المتكررة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • المساعدة في تركيب واختبار وتجهيز التركيبات والأدوات والمعدات الميكانيكية الجديدة.
  • دعم التعديلات الميكانيكية والتحديثات والتحسينات المعتمدة من الهندسة.
  • التحقق من السلامة الميكانيكية والوظيفية والجاهزية قبل التسليم للإنتاج.
  • اتباع إجراءات السلامة الميكانيكية ومتطلبات LOTO وإرشادات معدات الوقاية الشخصية.
  • تحديد والإبلاغ عن المخاطر الميكانيكية والحوادث الوشيكة والظروف غير الآمنة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإرشادات OEM ومعايير الشركة ولوائح السلامة الميكانيكية.
  • ضمان عمل الأنظمة الميكانيكية ضمن المعايير المحددة لدعم جودة GA المستقرة.
  • دعم الفحوصات الميكانيكية المتعلقة بالتركيب والتسوية والعزم والمحاذاة والأداء الوظيفي.
  • الإبلاغ عن الحالات الشاذة التي قد تؤثر على الجودة أو السلامة أو موثوقية المعدات.
  • إكمال أوامر عمل الإصلاح وقوائم الفحص وتقارير الأعطال بدقة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات الإصلاحات والفحوصات والتعديلات الميكانيكية.
  • التواصل مع المشرفين والفرق متعددة التخصصات حول حالة المعدات والمخاطر الميكانيكية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة ومكونات السيارات الميكانيكية.
  • إتقان استخدام الأدوات الميكانيكية وأدوات العزم ومعدات التشخيص.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الميكانيكية ومخططات التجميع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو ما يعادله؛ يفضل تدريب فني في الصيانة الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة من 2-4 سنوات في الصيانة الميكانيكية أو الإصلاح في صناعة السيارات أو بيئات GA.
  • يفضل خبرة مع معدات التجميع الآلية والناقلات والأنظمة الميكانيكية.
  • شهادة إصلاح ميكانيكي أو رخصة مهنية (يفضل).
  • الاستعداد للعمل بالمناوبات ودعم متطلبات الإنتاج.

The Mechanical Repair Technician - GA is responsible for performing mechanical diagnostics, repairs, adjustments, and component replacements on vehicles within the General Assembly area. This role ensures that all mechanical systems- including chassis, suspension, powertrain interfaces, closures, interior mechanisms, and final-line functional systems-operate according to OEM specifications. The technician plays a key role in minimizing downtime, supporting production flow, and ensuring vehicles meet quality and safety standards before release.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Systems Maintenance & Repair:

  • Mechanical Diagnostics - Diagnose mechanical issues related to chassis, suspension, steering, brakes, closures, and interior mechanisms.
  • Component Repair - Repair or replace mechanical components such as hinges, latches, actuators, fasteners, brackets, and linkages.
  • Torque & Fastening - Verify torque values, fastener integrity, and joint quality using approved tools and procedures.
  • Functional Adjustments - Perform adjustments on doors, hoods, liftgates, seats, and other mechanical systems to meet fit, flush, and functional requirements.

Troubleshooting & Breakdown Response

  • Rapid Issue Resolution - Respond promptly to mechanical breakdowns or disruptions to restore production flow.
  • Root Cause Identification - Use mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals to diagnose faults.
  • Cross-Functional Troubleshooting - Coordinate with electrical, quality, and production teams for integrated problem resolution.
  • Corrective Actions - Support RCA for recurring mechanical failures and implement corrective actions. o Installation & Commissioning Support:
  • New Equipment Support - Assist in installation, alignment, and testing of new mechanical fixtures, tools, and equipment.
  • Mechanical Upgrades - Support mechanical modifications, retrofits, and improvements approved by engineering.
  • Operational Readiness - Verify mechanical safety, functionality, and readiness before handover to production.

Safety & Compliance

  • Safety Protocols - Follow all mechanical safety procedures, LOTO requirements, and PPE guidelines.
  • Hazard Reporting - Identify and report mechanical hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Standards Compliance - Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, company standards, and mechanical safety regulations.

Process & Quality Support

  • Process Stability - Ensure mechanical systems operate within defined parameters to support stable GA quality.
  • Quality Checks - Support mechanical checks related to fit, flush, torque, alignment, and functional performance.
  • Issue Escalation - Report abnormalities that may impact quality, safety, or equipment reliability.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Work Orders - Complete repair work orders, inspection checklists, and fault reports accurately.
  • Record Keeping - Maintain records of mechanical repairs, inspections, and modifications.
  • Communication - Communicate equipment status and mechanical risks with supervisors and cross-functional teams.

Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Mechanical Systems Knowledge - Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems and components.
  • Tool Proficiency - Skilled in using mechanical tools, torque tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Blueprint Reading - Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly schematics.
  • GA Equipment Familiarity - Familiarity with GA equipment, fixtures, and continuous production lines.
  • Basic Electrical Awareness - Basic understanding of electrical interfaces for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Safety Awareness - Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent; technical training in Mechanical Maintenance preferred.
  • 2-4 years of mechanical maintenance or repair experience in automotive manufacturing or GA environments.
  • Experience with automated assembly equipment, conveyors, and mechanical systems preferred.
  • Mechanical repair certification or trade license (preferred).
  • Willingness to work shifts and support production requirements.
