The Role

You build the platform and grow the community around it.

You own the digital experience, founder journey, marketplace experience, integrations/migrations, community engagement, and ecosystem participation.

The platform and community are one system.

What You Will Do

• Build and launch the LIMITLESS platform and founder experience
• Own onboarding, profiles, founder dashboard, and ecosystem workflows
• Lead Startup Operating System identification/integration and ecosystem intelligence engine
• Integrate marketplace and matching engine capabilities
• Build the founder, builder, and developer community
• Design engagement loops, events, founder showcases, and content programs
• Track adoption, engagement, and ecosystem health metrics
• Coordinate with HUMAIN product and engineering teams

Profile

Platform builder with community DNA.

Has shipped digital products from 0-to-1 while growing an engaged founder, developer, or startup communities around them. Understands developer relations, onboarding journeys, content-driven growth, network effects, and product-led community building.

Comfortable working with product, engineering, and AI teams on technical integrations while simultaneously building founder engagement, community programs, and ecosystem activation.

Can launch a v1 platform in weeks, not months, and build a highly engaged community around it. Thinks in adoption, engagement, retention, and ecosystem growth, not just features.

Success Looks Like

• Successful platform launch
• 500+ active founders and builders
• Startup Operating System, Intelligence and Ecosystem (Beta) integrated into LIMITLESS Platform
• Marketplace and matching engine operational
• Strong engagement and ecosystem participation

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in platform management, product management, startup ecosystems, digital innovation, community building, or related fields.
• Experience in AI, technology, SaaS, venture capital, startup ecosystems, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus.
