انضم إلى شركة Lucid Motors Middle East كمهندس أتمتة أول لمجموعة نقل الحركة (Powertrain) في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية بمكة المكرمة. نحن نبحث عن خبير لضمان أنظمة التحكم الحالية والجديدة لتلبية متطلبات الإنتاج من حيث الإنتاجية والسلامة والجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإلمام بأنظمة التحكم في المعدات، وI/O للمعدات، ومنطق الترميز الأساسي للآلات
  • العمل مع قسم التخطيط الهندسي لإعداد وتحسين تخطيط خطوط نقل الحركة
  • العمل مع المعدات التالية: الروبوتات، أدوات نهاية الذراع، أتمتة الالتقاط والوضع، أجهزة استشعار الموضع، مناولة المواد، أنظمة توزيع السوائل، أنظمة الرؤية، الناقلات، وأجهزة التنظيف واللحام بالليزر
  • تطوير معايير ومواصفات التحكم على مستوى الشركة والمصنع والخط/الآلة لتطبيقها من قبل فريق تطوير المعدات الداخلي والشركاء الخارجيين
  • إنشاء بنية شبكة اتصالات لإدارة البيانات وتتبعها، والتنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتنفيذ تتبع المنتج والعمليات والجودة
  • تصميم وكتابة وتصحيح منطق PLC Ladder مع التركيز على إنتاج كود منظم وموثق وقابل للصيانة وإعادة الاستخدام، مع التفاعل مع أنظمة فرعية مثل الناقلات والروبوتات ونظام تنفيذ التصنيع (MES) وLabView ورؤية الآلة والمعدات الخارجية
  • تنفيذ أنظمة سلامة متوافقة مع ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA لتأمين الروبوتات والجسور والناقلات وغيرها من معدات التصنيع عالية الحجم
  • إنشاء شاشات HMI بسيطة من الناحية الجمالية للآلات المعقدة مع توفير تغذية راجعة كافية لاستكشاف الأخطاء
  • فرض تطبيق معايير Lucid Motors، وإدارة المتكاملين الخارجيين أثناء المواصفات ومراجعة التصميم والموافقة عليه
  • وضع خطط الاختبار والتحكم في تنفيذها لدى المورد وفي منشأة Lucid Motors أثناء التركيب والاعتماد
  • تدريب فرق الصيانة والإنتاج لدعم المعدات الآلية بعد نشرها في الإنتاج
  • إنشاء تفاعل بين الآلات ونظام تنفيذ التصنيع (MES) على مستوى المصنع للتواصل حول قبول المنتج وحالة الآلة ومتغيرات العملية
  • تصحيح وتحسين العمليات الآلية لتعظيم وقت الدورة وتحسين التوفر والإنتاجية

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة أنظمة التحكم، أو الهندسة الكهربائية والتحكم، أو الأتمتة والتحكم، بالإضافة إلى 5 سنوات خبرة مهنية على الأقل
  • 5+ سنوات خبرة في دور هندسة الأتمتة، ويفضل خبرة في صناعة السيارات

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان تكامل العمليات والأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية/الميكاترونية
  • معرفة متعمقة بمعايير السلامة (ANSI/RIA15.06, OSHA)
  • إتقان متقدم في برمجة المعدات الصناعية: PLCs وSafety PLCs (Allen Bradley و/أو Siemens)
  • واجهة الإنسان والآلة (Ignition, FactoryTalk Optix, Siemens WinCC)
  • شبكات Field Bus (Ethernet IP, PROFINET, شبكات Field Bus ذات تصنيف السلامة)
  • الاتصال التسلسلي (RS-232) بين PLCs والأجهزة
  • اتصالات Ethernet بين PLCs للآلة وأنظمة قواعد البيانات
  • تميّز مثبت في برمجة PLCs مع منهجية واضحة للحفاظ على هيكل الكود وتنظيمه، والقدرة على برمجة state machines للعمليات المعقدة التي تتضمن معالجة متوازية متعددة المحطات، وأتمتة الالتقاط والوضع، واكتساب البيانات، والتحكم PID، والقدرة على تصميم أنظمة متسامحة مع الأخطاء مع معالجة الأخطاء والاسترداد
  • إتقان اختيار قواطع الدائرة المناسبة، والأسلاك والكابلات، وأجهزة الاستشعار، ومعدات السلامة، وأجهزة PLC، و remote I/O، و VFD، وأنظمة المؤازرة
  • الإلمام بمجموعة واسعة من آلات الإنتاج، وأجهزة الاستشعار الصناعية، والمعدات (LVDT، محولات الضغط، أنظمة التوزيع، وحدات التحكم في درجة الحرارة، وحدات التحكم في عزم دوران DC nut runner، عدادات التيار والطاقة، إلخ)
  • خبرة في التعامل مع وبرمجة روبوتات Fanuc (ميزة إضافية)
  • خبرة في أنظمة الرؤية (Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc) (مرغوب)
  • خبرة في إنشاء المواصفات الفنية لمعدات التصنيع الآلية (مرغوب بشدة)
  • خبرة في انتقال المنتجات والعمليات من النموذج الأولي إلى الإنتاج (مرغوب)
  • معرفة بمقاييس جودة الإنتاج (ميزة إضافية)
  • القدرة على استخدام حزم CAD ثلاثية الأبعاد مثل SolidWorks وCATIA (ميزة إضافية)

As a Sr. Automation Engineer, Powertrain, you will be responsible of insuring new and existing control systems meet throughput, safety and quality requirements for production, as well as designing and developing continuous improvement projects according to the company's needs.

You Will

  • Have familiarity with equipment control systems, equipment I/Os and basic machine coding logic
  • Work with layout engineering to prepare and optimize Powertrain line layouts
  • Experience working with the following equipment: robotics, end of arm tooling, pick and place automation, position sensors, material handling, fluid dispensing, vision systems, conveyor and laser cleaning and welding
  • Develop company level, factory level, and line/machine level controls standards and specification for application by internal equipment development team and external partners
  • Create data management and tracking communications network architecture and interface with cross-functional teams for product, processes and quality traceability control implementation
  • Architect, write and debug PLC ladder logic with an emphasis on generating code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable. PLC code will interact with subsystems such as conveyors, robots, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), LabView, machine vision, and 3rd party equipment
  • Implement (ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant) control reliable safety systems for safeguarding robots, gantries, conveyors, and other high volume manufacturing equipment
  • Generate aesthetically simple HMI screens for complex machinery while providing sufficient feedback for troubleshooting
  • Enforce application of Lucid Motors standards, Manage external integrators during specification, design review, design approval
  • Establish test plans and control test plan execution at Vendor and at Lucid Motors facility during installation and buy-off
  • Train Maintenance and Production teams to support automated equipment after deployment into production
  • Create machine interactions with plant-wide Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to communicate product acceptability, machine status, and process variables
  • Debug and optimize automated processes to maximize cycle time, improve availability and yield

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Controls Systems Engineering, Electrical and Controls Engineering, or Automation and Control Engineering; and at least 5 years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an Automation Engineering role, automotive industry experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with process integration and electromechanical / mechatronic systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Safety standards (ANSI/RIA15.06, OSHA)
  • Advanced proficiency programming industrial equipment
  • PLCs and Safety PLCs (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens)
  • Human Machine Interface (Ignition, FactoryTalk Optix, Siemens WinCC)
  • Field bus Networks (Ethernet IP, PROFINET, Safety rated field bus networks)
  • Serial communication (RS-232) between PLCs and instruments
  • Ethernet communications between machine PLCs and database systems
  • Demonstrated excellence in programming PLCs. Must have a well-defined methodology for maintaining code structure and organization. Ability to program state machines for complex processes which involve multi-station parallel processing, pick and place automation, data acquisition, and PID control.  Proven ability to design fault-tolerant systems with error handling and recovery
  • Proficiency selecting appropriate circuit protectors, wire and cable, sensors, safety hardware, PLC hardware, remote I/O, VFD and servo systems
  • Exposure to a wide variety of production machinery, industrial sensors, and equipment (LVDT and pressure transducers, dispense systems, temperature controllers, DC nut runner torque controllers, current and power meters, etc.)
  • Experience interfacing with and programming Fanuc Robots is a plus
  • Experience with Vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc) is desired
  • Experience creating technical specifications for automated manufacturing equipment is highly desired
  • Experience transitioning products and processes from prototype to production desired
  • Knowledge of production quality metrics is a plus
  • Ability to use 3D CAD packages such as with SolidWorks and CATIA is a plus
