Job Purpose
The Project Coordinator supports the project execution team by organizing schedules, tracking deliverables, and maintaining clear communication between project stakeholders and other departments. Working from the office, the role ensures that project documentation, timelines, and action items are kept up to date, enabling the team to execute projects smoothly and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities between the project execution team and other departments to keep tasks on track.
- Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and status trackers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Track project progress and flag delays, risks, or resource gaps to the project manager.
- Liaise with procurement, finance, HR, and other departments to support project requirements.
- Assist in preparing project plans, presentations, and status reports for management.
- Support onboarding of new project team members by coordinating access, resources, and information.
- Ensure proper filing and version control of project documents, contracts, and correspondence. Support process improvements to enhance coordination efficiency across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
- Good understanding of project workflows and cross-department coordination.
- Very good English communication skills, spoken and written.
