Sales Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to generate and manage new leads, develop gym solutions, create quotations, close deals, and support end-to-end customer execution from proposal to delivery. The ideal candidate has proven B2B sales experience, strong knowledge of the Saudi market, and is comfortable using CRM tools; prior experience in gym/fitness equipment is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Management
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, events, and outbound outreach. Manage and develop the sales pipeline from lead qualification through closing. Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and opportunity updates using CRM/ERP (Oracle NetSuite preferred). Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Gym Design Support and Solution Development
- Support clients in defining gym requirements (space, budget, target users, utilization). Coordinate basic gym layout and design requirements with internal stakeholders when needed. Recommend equipment solutions (cardio, strength, functional, accessories) based on customer needs. Ensure proposals align with technical feasibility, delivery timelines, and operational constraints.
- Quotations, Negotiation, and Deal Closing
- Prepare professional quotations and proposals in a timely and accurate manner. Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope with customers within approved guidelines. Secure approvals and ensure proper documentation for awarded projects and signed agreements. Close deals and ensure handover to operations is complete and clear.
- Customer Collections and Relationship Management
- Coordinate and follow up on customer payments. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery cycle. Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring commitments are met.
- Coordination with Operations (Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Installation)
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for item availability, lead times, and delivery planning. Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution with clear scope, BOQ, and requirements. Follow up on delivery, installation, and completion milestones, and keep customers informed.
- Reporting and Management Updates
- Provide regular sales reports to management (pipeline, forecast, closed deals, collection status). Track sales performance against targets and highlight risks and opportunities early. Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure all updates are reflected in ERP/CRM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in any industry.
- Experience in the gym/fitness equipment sector is a plus but not required.
- Experience in the Saudi market is required.
- Experience using CRM systems or Oracle NetSuite is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with leading gym equipment brands is a strong plus.
