المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم ومعالجة الاستجابة الفورية لجميع استفسارات النزلاء.
- ضمان متابعة الإجراءات المطلوبة خلال الوقت المحدد.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية لضمان تلبية احتياجات النزلاء بكفاءة.
- الترويج لخدمات ومرافق الفندق لتشجيع تجربة منتجع استثنائية.
- العمل في بيئة غير خاضعة للإشراف المباشر وتحمل مسؤولية اتخاذ القرارات المستقلة بما يخدم تجربة النزيل.
- المساهمة في بيئة العمل الجماعي من خلال مساعدة الزملاء في جميع الإدارات المرتبطة بمركز الاتصال، مع ضمان توثيق دقيق لكل مشكلة نزيل.
- التعامل مع طلبات مكالمات الإيقاظ على مدار 24 ساعة.
- إدارة فاكس الفندق الرئيسي على مدار 24 ساعة.
- التعامل مع المكالمات الطارئة واستدعاء طبيب الفندق عند الحاجة على مدار 24 ساعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة سابقة كمشغل هاتف (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم.
- قدرات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات.
- مسؤولية عالية وموثوقية.
- القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.
- القدرة على التركيز على احتياجات النزلاء مع الحفاظ على الهدوء واللباقة في جميع الأوقات.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل على نظام Opera أو نظام مشابه.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Description
Reporting to Assistant Swiss Service Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide and dispatch immediate actions to all guest concerns.
- Ensure follow-up of action is completed with-in the quoted time.
- Work with related departments to ensure efficiency in meeting guests needs.
- Promotes hotel services and amenities to encourage an exceptional resort experience.
- Work in a non-supervised environment and take ownership for independent decisions made in the best interest of the guest’s experience.
- Able to contribute to a team environment by assisting co-workers in all departments related to the call center. And ensuring the attention to detail is recorded with each guest’s issue.
- Handling all wakeup call requests 24/7
- Handling the main hotel Fax 24/7
- Handling emergency call’s and calling the hotel doctor when needed 24/7
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Previous experience as a Telephone Operator an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English
