نبذة عن الوظيفة

Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts هي مجموعة فنادق فاخرة تركز على موظفيها وتوفر بيئة محفزة ومجزية. يعد Swissôtel Al Maqam الفندق الثاني لسويس أوتيل في المملكة، ويضم 1624 غرفة وجناحًا أنيقًا بتصميم حديث. يقع الفندق ضمن مجمع أبراج البيت المرموق، على مقربة من المسجد الحرام، ويطل على الكعبة المشرفة. تشمل المرافق مطعمين، صالة تنفيذية، غرفتي اجتماعات، ومركز أعمال، مع مداخل خاصة لتسهيل وصول الضيوف إلى الحرم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المشاركة المباشرة في عملية استلام الطلبات وتقديمها.
  • تنسيق جميع متطلبات الخدمة المتعلقة بخدمة الغرف.
  • مساعدة الضيوف بشأن قوائم الطعام بطريقة مفيدة ومحترفة.
  • المعرفة الكاملة بقوائم المشروبات والعروض الترويجية، وقوائم الطعام وطرق التحضير.
  • اتباع جميع سياسات السلامة والصرف الصحي عند التعامل مع الأطعمة والمشروبات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة كمستلم طلبات أو في دور مماثل، ويفضل في بيئة فندقية فاخرة.
  • مهارات استثنائية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة مع الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الدقة.
  • معرفة متعمقة بعمليات الأطعمة والمشروبات، بما في ذلك عناصر القائمة والمكونات وطرق التحضير.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل.

Job Description

  • You are directly involved in the order taking and order placing process
  • Responsible to coordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
