تعلن شركة GE Vernova عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمشرف موقع في أنظمة GIS (GIS On-Site Supervisor) في مكة وجدة، السعودية، وذلك للعمل على خدمات التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة لمفاتيح الجهد العالي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فهم أهمية السلامة في الموقع وتنفيذ عمليات القفل والوسم (LOTO) وفقاً لأنظمة السلامة الخاصة بشركة GE والعملاء.
  • فهم السلامة والجودة والإنتاجية في الموقع لتنفيذ جميع قواعد الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) الخاصة بشركة GEV من أجل التحسين المستمر.
  • خبرة عملية في مجال التركيب والتشغيل (E&C) لمحطات 230 و380 كيلو فولت.
  • معرفة بمفاتيح GIS و AIS واللوحات الكهربائية.
  • إجراء استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح المحطات الكهربائية الحية وغيرها.
  • فهم وتنفيذ أعمال الإصلاح والصيانة الوقائية.
  • القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية والميكانيكية وتشخيص المشكلات في المعدات.
  • تنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية للمحطات.
  • الحفاظ على التقارير المكتبية وتقارير الاختبار وتوثيق العملاء في الموقع.
  • التنسيق مع الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية (OEM) لحل مشكلات الإصلاح غير المحلولة (NC).
  • تقديم الدعم الفني حسب الحاجة لتركيب أو ترتيب المشاريع مسبقاً.
  • أداء جميع المهام كجزء من فريق أو كقائد موقع لتوزيع المسؤوليات على فريق الموقع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو الكهروميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة، أو دبلوم في مجال ذي صلة من جامعة أو كلية معتمدة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مفاتيح الجهد العالي.
  • القدرة على القيام بخدمات التركيب والتشغيل (E&C) لمحطات GIS بما في ذلك الصيانة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • يتطلب العمل في مواقع متعددة عن بعد داخل المملكة.
  • إدارة الموقع واحتياجات العملاء بشكل جيد حتى في بيئات الضغط.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة جيدة في استخدام Microsoft 365 وMS Project وغيرها.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة، وقدرة على التعلم السريع، ومهارات قيادية.
  • سلوك جيد ومهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.

Job Description Summary

Strong technical experience in GIS and AIS switchgear is required. The role includes performing E&C services and maintenance activities, including testing and commissioning of all types of high‑voltage switchgear. The candidate must be able to handle and manage GIS equipment, prepare technical reports and site documentation, and ensure full EHS compliance and quality of site work in accordance with GE Vernova procedures.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding of safety importance at site Perform LOTO operations according to GE & Customer safety regulations.
  • Understand the site Safety, Quality, and Productivity to implement all GEV EHS rules for Continuous Improvement.
  • Hands on work experience E&C of 230 & 380 KV substation.
  • Knowledge of GIS & AIS switch gears, Electrical panels.
  • Perform troubling shooting and repair of Electrical live substations etc.
  • Understanding and executing the repairing & preventive maintenance.
  • Able to read the electrical and mechanical drawings and diagnosis the issues in equipment.
  • Perform scheduled of preventative maintenance of substations.
  • Maintaining back-office reporting, test reports and maintaining customer documentations at site.
  • Co-coordination with OEM (factories) for unsolved repair problems NC.
  • Provide technical assistance as needed for the installation or pre-arrangement of projects.
  • Perform all duties as part of a team or as site lead to allocate the responsibilities to site team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and/or Electromechanical Engineering or relevant field, or/and diploma in a relevant field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in high voltage switch gears.
  • Capable to do E&C of GIS SS site services included maintenance
  • Proficiency in English
  • Requires multiple working across remote sites in the kingdom
  • Managing the site and customer needs well even in pressure environment

Desired Characteristics

  • Experienced good to use MS 365 & Projects etc.
  • Good Interpersonal skills, quick learner & leadership skills.
  • Good conduct & having Excellent communication skills.
  • Arabic speaking is preferable.
