GE Vernova تعلن عن وظيفة مدير أول للتصنيع - إشراف الإنتاج (Sr Manufacturing Manager - Production Supervision) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية. سيتولى المرشح قيادة العمليات اليومية لخلية تجميع خط التوربينات الغازية، مع التركيز على أعلى معايير السلامة والجودة والتسليم والتكلفة، والعمل كحلقة وصل بين القيادة والفرق التشغيلية لضمان تنفيذ خطط الإنتاج وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عمليات خلية التجميع اليومية لضمان إنتاج آمن وفعال وفي الوقت المحدد.
- إدارة القوى العاملة والموارد بفعالية لتلبية احتياجات العملاء وأهداف العمل.
- التنسيق عن كثب مع فرق الإنتاج والهندسة والجودة والمواد والتخطيط والصيانة لحل المشكلات وضمان استمرارية العمليات.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (السلامة، الجودة، التسليم، التكلفة، الإنتاجية) واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة عند الحاجة.
- تعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) ومعايير الشركة.
- دعم التميز في الجودة من خلال ضمان إنجاز العمل وفقاً لمتطلبات الهندسة والتصنيع والجودة.
- قيادة وتطوير الفريق عبر التدريب والتوجيه وردود الفعل على الأداء ودعم التدريب.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر باستخدام مبادئ اللين (Lean) لتحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية وسير العمل.
- ضمان توفر المعدات والأدوات والموارد ووظائفها بشكل سليم لدعم الإنتاج.
- المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الإنتاجية وخفض التكاليف وأداء الأعمال العام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التصنيع أو إدارة العمليات أو الهندسة الصناعية أو أي تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في عمليات التصنيع، على أن تشمل 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي أو إشرافي أو إداري في بيئة صناعية معقدة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق الخطوط الأمامية في عمليات تصنيع عالية الأداء وحساسة للسلامة.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة ERP وأنظمة التصنيع مثل SAP أو Oracle أو MES أو منصات مماثلة.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على حق العمل القانوني في المملكة العربية السعودية دون حاجة إلى كفالة أو قيود زمنية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة Lean Six Sigma Green Belt أو أعلى (مفضلة).
- درجة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في مجال التوربينات الغازية أو توليد الطاقة أو الطيران أو الآلات الثقيلة أو المعدات الدوارة أو بيئات التجميع عالية الدقة (مفضلة).
- معرفة بأنظمة إدارة البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) وإدارة المخاطر التشغيلية.
- خبرة في قيادة مبادرات التحول أو تحسين الإنتاجية أو توسيع السعة في بيئة تصنيع.
- قدرات تحليلية قوية واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات باستخدام مقاييس أداء التشغيل وأدوات التقارير.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily assembly cell operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time production.
- Manage manpower and resources effectively to meet customer and business needs.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
- Track key performance indicators such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity, and take action when needed.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS requirements and company standards.
- Support quality excellence by ensuring work is completed according to engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
- Lead and develop the team through coaching, performance feedback, and training support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow.
- Ensure equipment, tools, and resources are available and functioning properly to support production.
- Contribute to productivity, cost reduction, and overall business performance goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing operations experience with minimum 5 years in leadership supervisory or management capacity within a complex industrial environment.
- Proven experience leading frontline teams in high-performance, safety-critical manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in ERP and manufacturing systems such as SAP, Oracle, MES, or equivalent platforms.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- Experience in gas turbine, power generation, aerospace, heavy machinery, rotating equipment, or other high-precision assembly environments preferred.
- Knowledge of EHS management systems and operational risk management.
- Experience leading transformation, productivity, or capacity expansion initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities using operational performance metrics and reporting tools.
