نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى فني الطلاء مسؤولية دعم عمليات الطلاء بالرش الحراري على مكونات التوربينات الغازية، بما في ذلك عمليات الوزن قبل الطلاء وبعده وعمليات تطبيق الطلاء. إضافةً إلى تنفيذ خطوات العملية بأمان ودقة، يُتوقع من شاغل هذه الوظيفة إظهار سلوكيات Lean قوية، والمشاركة الفاعلة في حل المشكلات، والحفاظ على معايير 5S، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر التي تعزز السلامة والجودة والتسليم والإنتاجية على خط الإنتاج. يلعب الفني دوراً مهماً في دفع تطبيق Lean الشامل من خلال تحديد فرص التحسين، ودعم العمل المعياري، وتقليل الهدر، والمساعدة في تحسين تدفق العملية والأداء التشغيلي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء تطبيق الطلاء وفقاً لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة ومعايير العملية والمتطلبات الهندسية.
  • أداء إخفاء الطلاء (Mask for Coating) وفقاً لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة ومواصفات العملية إذا لزم الأمر.
  • قراءة وتفسير تعليمات العمل ونماذج الجودة لضمان تطبيق الطلاء بدقة.
  • تسجيل وحفظ بيانات العملية والقياس بدقة حسب المتطلبات.
  • استخدام معدات الطلاء، وأجهزة الوزن، والتجهيزات، والأدوات اليدوية بأمان وفعالية.
  • فحص الأجزاء قبل وبعد عمليات الطلاء لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الجودة.
  • الالتزام بالعمل المعياري (Standard Work) وأوراق العمل المعيارية المدمجة لضمان الاتساق والجودة والسلامة وتدفق الخط بكفاءة.
  • الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة وفقاً لمعايير 5S.
  • إظهار فهم قوي وتطبيق لمبادئ Lean في الأنشطة اليومية.
  • المشاركة بنشاط في حل المشكلات، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية، والإجراءات التصحيحية لمعالجة مشاكل العملية أو الجودة.
  • تحديد وإبلاغ فرص التحسين المستمر في السلامة والجودة وزمن الدورة والتدفق وتقليل الهدر.
  • دعم تحسين العمل المعياري، وتنظيم الخط، والإدارة المرئية، وانضباط العملية لتعزيز تطبيق Lean العام.
  • المساهمة في جهود الفريق لتحسين أداء الخط والكفاءة التشغيلية وإنتاجية الورشة الإجمالية.
  • العمل ضمن توقيت التكت (takt time) وزمن الدورة وتوقعات تدفق العملية المعيارية لدعم أهداف الإنتاج.
  • استخدام أنظمة وواجهات الورشة مثل ELM وSmartShop حسب المتطلبات.
  • الامتثال لسياسات الجودة الخاصة بالشركة ومتطلبات السلامة والإجراءات المطبقة والعمل المعياري.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة كلية تقنية أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
  • معرفة أو خبرة في دور فني أو تصنيع أو طلاء أو مجال صناعي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات الطلاء العازل الحراري (Thermal Barrier Coating).
  • المشاركة في أنشطة حل المشكلات أو تحسين العملية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع مكونات التوربينات الغازية أو أجزاء الطيران/الصناعية الدقيقة الأخرى.

Job Description Summary

The Coating Technician - is responsible for supporting thermal spray coating operations on gas turbine components, including pre-coat and post-coat weighing and coat application processes. In addition to executing process steps safely and accurately, this role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across the line.

The technician plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Coat Application in accordance with approved work instructions, process standards, and engineering requirements.
  • Perform Mask for Coating in accordance with approved work instructions and process specifications if required.
  • Read and interpret work instructions and quality forms to ensure accurate coating application.
  • Record and maintain accurate process and measurement data as required.
  • Use coating equipment, weighing devices, fixtures, and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Inspect parts before and after coating processes to ensure conformance to quality requirements.
  • Adhere to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and efficient line flow
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Lean principles in daily work activities.
  • Actively participate in problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities to address process or quality issues.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, cycle time, flow, and waste reduction.
  • Support improvements in standard work, line organization, visual management, and process discipline to strengthen overall Lean implementation.
  • Contribute to team efforts that improve line performance, operational efficiency, and overall shop productivity.
  • Work within takt time, cycle time, and standard process flow expectations to support production goals.
  • Use shop floor systems and interfaces such as ELM and SmartShop, as required.
  • Comply with company quality policies, safety requirements, applicable procedures, and standard work.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge or experience in a technician, manufacturing, coating, or industrial role.

Desired Characteristics

  • Min 2 years’ experience with Thermal Barrier Coating processes.
  • Participating in problem solving or process improvement activities.
  • Min 2 years’ experience working with gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts.
