تعلن شركة GE Vernova عن توفر وظيفة مفتش جودة (Quality Inspector) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المفتش مسؤولاً عن إجراء عمليات التفتيش على جودة مكونات التوربينات الغازية أثناء الإصلاح، بما في ذلك التفتيش الوارد وأثناء العمل والنهائي.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مفتش الجودة مسؤول عن مهام تفتيش الجودة في عمليات الخلية. سيقوم ببناء المعرفة حول جميع جوانب الجودة في العمليات والتفتيش أثناء إصلاح مكونات التوربينات الغازية من التفتيش الوارد، والتفتيش أثناء العمل، والتفتيش النهائي. سيبني أيضًا المعرفة حول كتابة التقارير الفنية حول ظروف العمل والعيوب التي تحدث في العمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لجميع متطلبات السلامة والجودة، مع توقع تجاوز التوقعات والقيادة بالقدوة.
- إجراء التفتيش الوارد والنهائي على مكونات التوربينات الغازية لتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة/العيوب.
- تفسير وقياس وتقييم النتائج وفقًا للرموز والمعايير والمواصفات المطبقة.
- اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات GEMTEC وتعزيز الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) والجودة والامتثال في ورشة العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم تقني أو خبرة معادلة في الاختبارات غير المتلفة (NDT).
- القدرة على القراءة والكتابة والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة في التفتيش باستخدام الاختبارات غير المتلفة (NDT).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة مثبتة بالجودة والسلامة وأنظمة الكمبيوتر في الورشة ومتطلبات دعم الورشة.
- القدرة على تفسير وقراءة الرسومات ومستندات تعليمات الإصلاح (REIs).
- القدرة على استخدام أدوات القياس مثل الفرجار ومؤشرات القرص وغيرها.
- يفضل معرفة بنظام SAP.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة المستوى الثاني في الاختبارات غير المتلفة (NDT Level II) في اختبار الاختراق السائل (PT).
- معرفة بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) والجودة في عمليات التصنيع.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم تعليمات العمل وإجراءات نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS).
- القدرة على كتابة التقارير الفنية.
- القدرة على فهم الرسومات والوثائق الفنية.

- Perform incoming and final inspection on gas turbine components to identify nonconformances/defects.
- Interpret, measure and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications
- Follow all GEMTEC policies and procedures and be a promoter of EHS, Quality and compliance on the shop floor
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in NDT.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Knowledge in NDT Inspection.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Quality, Safety, shop computer systems and Shop Support requirements
- Ability to interpret and read drawings and REIs -Ability to use measuring instruments; calipers, dial indicators, … etc.
- Preferred SAP knowledge.
- Preferred Certified level II NDT in PT
- Knowledge of EHS and quality required in manufacturing operations
- Ability to read and understand Work Instruction and QMS procedures
- Ability to write technical reports
- Ability to understand drawing and technical documents
