تعلن GE Vernova عن توفر وظيفة Lead Civil Site Engineer في المنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى المهندس المدني المسؤولية عن الأعمال المدنية والإنشائية والإشراف على الإنشاءات في مشاريع الشركة (محطات التحويل، HVDC، SVC، STATCOM وغيرها) خلال مرحلة التنفيذ والمشاركة في مرحلة العروض حسب الحاجة، مع إمكانية العمل عن بُعد (Remote).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أعمال الموقع المدنية من إنشاء وتركيب وفحص واختبار للمباني وأساسات المعدات والمرافق والتصاريح وجميع الأعمال المدنية الأخرى (بما في ذلك متطلبات الأمن) خلال مرحلة التنفيذ والمشاركة في مرحلة العروض حسب الحاجة، بما في ذلك التحكم في تقدم المقاولين من الباطن والإشراف/التخطيط لموارد الموقع، والتقارير، والتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية (العميل، الاستشاري، إدارة المشروع، أعمال MEP، الهندسة المدنية/الكهربائية، السلامة والجودة، أنظمة الأمن، إلخ).
- استخدام وتطوير معرفة متعمقة بالجوانب الفنية للأعمال المدنية، والاستفادة من الخبرة السابقة لاكتساب خبرة تقنية لتنفيذ استراتيجية البناء.
- فهم متعمق لمحركات الأعمال الرئيسية واستخدامها في إنجاز أعمال التقدير والتنفيذ.
- الإشراف والتفتيش على تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية مع الحفاظ على متطلبات ضبط الجودة والسلامة البيئية (EHS)، بما في ذلك القدرة على إجراء قياس الكميات للأعمال المدنية والتحقق من الفواتير.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير ووثائق الموقع في الوقت المناسب، وإعداد تقارير داخلية وخارجية دقيقة (يومية، نصف أسبوعية، شهرية، خطط 3 أسابيع، الحوادث، تصاريح العمل، ضبط الجودة، إلخ).
- فهم الالتزامات التعاقدية (الشروط والأحكام) وضمان تحقيقها، وحضور الاجتماعات الفنية والتقدمية الداخلية ومع العملاء.
- ضمان أن جميع الأنشطة في الموقع تتم بأمان وفقًا لإرشادات وإجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS).
- تقديم استشارات الخبراء في المشاريع المعقدة، والتخطيط، وربما التوصية وإدارة السياسات والإجراءات.
- معرفة متعمقة بتحديد النطاق، ومعايير/مواصفات الهندسة، وتحليل المطالبات.
- القدرة والاستعداد للعمل في أيام العطل وعطل نهاية الأسبوع والعمل الإضافي حسب متطلبات الموقع.
- دفع رضا العملاء من خلال الالتزام بالجودة ودعم مبادرات نمو الأعمال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة الأعمال المدنية في الموقع لمشاريع محطات تحويل 380 كيلوفولت وغيرها من مشاريع الطاقة.
- معرفة قوية بأعمال البناء والتركيب المدني ومعالجة الجودة بما في ذلك التنسيق مع أعمال MEP وتركيب المعدات الكهربائية.
- معرفة قوية بكودات ومعايير الأعمال المدنية، ومعالجة الجودة، وقياس الكميات، وتخطيط الموارد/التقدير.
- رخصة قيادة سارية وجواز سفر ساري المفعول.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- الحق القانوني في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية دون الحاجة إلى كفالة أو قيود زمنية من الشركة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- المعرفة والمهارة لدعم الزيارات الميدانية والمهام والعروض التقديمية، ومعرفة أين يبحث عن إجابات للأسئلة عند ظهورها.
- القدرة على فهم وتنفيذ الرسومات الفنية المعمارية والإنشائية والترتيبات العامة وغيرها.
- مهارات قوية في استخدام برامج AutoCAD وحزمة Microsoft Office.
- مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتواصل الشفهي لنقل المفاهيم التقنية إلى الموظفين الفنيين والتجاريين.
- إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحمل مسؤولية الأنشطة في الموقع.
- الاستعداد للسفر والانتقال داخل المملكة والعالم، والعمل الإضافي.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage Site Civil works construction, installation, inspection, testing of project's buildings, Equipment foundations, utilities, permits and any other civil works (including security requirements ) during project OTR phase and participation in ITO phase as needed, including but not limited to Control of Subcontractors progress and oversight/planning of Site resources, reporting, liaise with other project stakeholders (e.g. Client, Site Consultant, Project Management, MEP works, CW/MEP Engineering, EHS, Quality security systems,..etc).
- Utilize & develop in-depth knowledge of Civil works technical aspects. Use prior experience and acquire technical expertise to execute the construction strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish Estimation and execution works.
- Supervise & inspect Civil works works execution maintaining QA/QC and EHS requirements including ability to carry out Civil works items QS/take-off and invoices validation
- Prepare and timely provide Site Reports/documentation and accurate internal and external reports (Daily, Bi Weekly, Monthly, 3 weeks lookahead Incidents, PTW, QA/QC..etc).
- Understand Contractual T&C (Terms and Conditions) commitments
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and attend technical & progress meetings internal as well as with Customers.
- Ensure all in-Site activities are carried out safely complying with company environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures.
- Provide expert consultation on complex projects.
- Planning; possibly recommending and administering policies and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of scope identification, SE specification/standards & claims analysis
- Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by Site assignments.
- Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.
- Support the business growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing Site civil works at 380kv Substations and other power projects
- Strong knowledge in Civil works construction, installation, Quality processing include liaison with MEP and electrical equipment installation activities.
- Strong knowledge in Civil works Codes, standards, quality processing, QS/take-off & resources planning/Estimate
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Fluent English
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
- Has the knowledge and skill to actively support site visits, missions, presentations & be aware of where to seek answers to questions as they arise.
- Ability to understand and implement Architectural and structural technical drawings, General Arrangement, etc…).
- Strong computer skills using AutoCAD & MS Office Software Suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure; Take ownership of onsite activities
- Willing to travel, relocate in country and worldwide, and to work over-time
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills.
