شركة GE Vernova - برنامج الكهربة - تقدم برنامج تدريب مهني مبكر (Early Career Traineeship) في هندسة أنظمة الطاقة في الرياض، لمدة 12 شهراً، يهدف إلى تطوير المهارات التقنية والمهنية تحت إشراف خبراء في مجال الطاقة الرقمية وأنظمة إدارة الطاقة الكهربائية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم تشغيل وصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء في تطبيقات الطاقة والوظائف ذات الصلة.
  • تحليل أداء تطبيقات الطاقة وتحديد المشكلات لضمان التشغيل الموثوق.
  • العمل مع الفرق الداخلية والعملاء لتنفيذ الإصلاحات والتحسينات والتطويرات.
  • إنشاء وصيانة قواعد البيانات والشاشات والتكوينات ذات الصلة.
  • ضبط تطبيقات الطاقة لتحسين الأداء والاستقرار وتجربة المستخدم.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني والتوثيق والتدريب عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية، الإلكترونية، الكهروميكانيكية، التحكم والأجهزة، أو هندسة أنظمة الطاقة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خريج حديث أو خبرة تصل إلى سنتين كحد أقصى.
  • معرفة في مجال أنظمة الطاقة، ويفضل في قطاع الطاقة المتجددة.
  • الالتزام بالعمل بدوام كامل خلال فترة التدريب.
  • الحق القانوني في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية بدون الحاجة إلى كفالة أو قيود زمنية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.
  • الإقامة في المملكة العربية السعودية والاستعداد للسفر عند الحاجة.
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة الطاقة وشبكات التوزيع وتقنيات الطاقة المتجددة.
  • معرفة أساسيات علوم الحاسوب مثل التصميم كائني التوجه، أنظمة التشغيل، الخوارزميات، هياكل البيانات، وتحليل التعقيد.
  • خبرة في لغة برمجة حديثة واحدة على الأقل مثل Java أو Python أو C++ أو C# تشمل التصميم كائني التوجه.
  • خبرة سابقة (تدريبية) في مجال البرمجيات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو أنظمة الطاقة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في العمل الجماعي مع الحفاظ على استقلالية الرأي.
  • التزام قوي بمهنة التقنية وشغف/استعداد مزدوج للبرمجيات والهندسة الكهربائية.
  • مهارات تحليلية وتقنية قوية مع خبرة في معايير الصناعة البرمجية وأدوات التطوير.
  • مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتواصل الشفهي والقدرة على التعبير بوضوح باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على حل المشكلات بشكل إبداعي والتعلم الاستباقي.

Job Description Summary

GE Vernova - Electrification Software - Grid Software is seeking sharp, personable, and highly organized early career trainees who are eager to develop their technical and professional skills while building a career with strong long-term potential. Duration: 12 Months

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power applications and related functions.
  • Analyze the power application performance and identify issues to ensure reliable operation.
  • Work with internal teams and customers to implement fixes, enhancements, and improvements.
  • Create and maintain databases, displays, and related configurations.
  • Tune power applications to improve performance, stability, and user experience.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and training when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Control and Instrumentation, or/and Power Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience.
  • knowledge of Power System domain, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
  • Must commit to work full time during the traineeship.
  • The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

Desired Characteristics

  • Ability to register to the Saudi Engineering Council
  • Must be based in Saudi Arabia and willing to travel if needed
  • Strong understanding of power systems, distribution networks, and renewable energy technologies.
  • Knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
  • Experience with at least one modern language such as Java, Python, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
  • Prior intern experience in software, electrical engineering, power systems or relevant area.
  • Excellent team player whilst maintaining an independent perspective.
  • A strong commitment to a career in technology and passion/aptitude for both software and electrical engineering.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in software industry standards and development tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate clearly in English language
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving and proactive learning.
