نبذة عن الوظيفة
يمثل هذا التدريب استثمارًا في المواهب الشابة، حيث تقوم GE Vernova بتدريب الخريجين الجدد الذين يستوفون المعايير المطلوبة لأداء فترة تدريبية في أحد أعمال الشركة. تختلف مدة التدريب حسب متطلبات العمل، ويهدف إلى تطوير المهارات العامة للمتدرب وتوفير المعرفة الفنية والخبرة العملية، مع فرصة العمل في مشاريع مليئة بالتحديات والتعلم من أفضل العقول المبتكرة في المجال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعلم وفهم وتنفيذ أعمال الإصلاح والصيانة الوقائية.
- الحفاظ على التقارير المكتبية، تقارير الاختبار، وتوثيق العملاء في الموقع.
- التشاور والتنسيق مع الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية (OEM) لحل مشكلات الإصلاح غير المحلولة.
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية اللازمة لتركيب أو ترتيب المشاريع مسبقًا.
- أداء جميع المهام كجزء من فريق أو كقائد موقع لتوزيع المسؤوليات على فريق الموقع.
- المشاركة في التحسين المستمر للسلامة والجودة والإنتاجية.
- فهم أهمية السلامة في الموقع وتنفيذ عمليات الإغلاق/العلامات (LOTO).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- خريج جديد أو خبرة لا تزيد عن سنتين.
- معرفة في المجال الكهربائي وخاصة المفاتيح الكهربائية ذات الجهد العالي (High Voltage Switchgear).
- فهم معلومات المعدات.
- فهم أساسي للرسومات.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- الاستعداد للعمل في مواقع مختلفة داخل المملكة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مبادرة ذاتية، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، التوجه نحو النتائج، وموقف عمل جيد.
- سرعة التعلم والتكيف.
- العمل بجد واجتهاد.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Learning understanding and executing the repairing & preventive maintenance.
- Maintaining Back-office reporting, test reports and maintaining customer documentations at site.
- Consultation, Co-coordination with OEM for unsolved repair problems.
- Provide technical assistance as needed for the installation or pre-arrangement of projects.
- Performed all duties as part of a team or as site lead to allocate the responsibilities to site team.
- Participate in Safety, Quality, and Productivity Continuous Improvement
- Understanding of safety importance at site perform LOTO operations.
- Diploma or/and bachelor's in electrical engineering or relevant fields
- Fresh graduates or max 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge in Electrical field especially High Voltage Switchgear
- Understanding equipment's information
- Basic understanding in drawings
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Willing to work at various sites in the kingdom
- Self-driven, attentive to details, outcome oriented, good working attitude
- Fast leaner and quick adaptation
- Hard worker
