تعلن شركة GE Vernova عن توفر وظيفة "أخصائي تشغيل أنظمة التحكم بالمحطات" (Substation Automation Commissioning Specialist) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية. يتولى الأخصائي مسؤولية إجراء أنشطة الخدمة والصيانة في مواقع العملاء، بما في ذلك اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة والمعدات وفقًا للمواصفات التصميمية، والعمل ضمن إطار تشغيلي محدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة باختبار والتحقق من صلاحية المعدات أو المنشأة أو المصنع وفقًا للأهداف التصميمية أو المواصفات للتشغيل الفعلي، بما في ذلك خدمات الأداء واختبارات الأداء.
- تطوير المعرفة المفاهيمية بالتخصص المهني؛ وقد يشمل ذلك أدوارًا داعمة ذات خبرات متخصصة أو معرفة تقنية في مجال واسع.
- تطبيق المعرفة العامة بالأعمال التجارية المكتسبة من خلال التعليم أو الخبرة السابقة.

- تبادل المعلومات الفنية، وطرح الأسئلة والتحقق من الفهم.
- المسؤولية عن أنشطة تشغيل أنظمة التحكم بالمحطات (SAS) في موقع العميل، بدءًا من التعبئة في الموقع وحتى أعمال التشغيل، بالإضافة إلى الأنشطة الإدارية ذات الصلة.
- تطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء والقيام بدور الواجهة بين العميل وشركة GE.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في أنظمة DCS/SAS.
- الحق القانوني في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية دون الحاجة إلى كفالة أو شرط فترة زمنية محددة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خلفية تقنية في أنظمة DCS/SAS.
- خبرة في أنظمة SCADA و SAS مع مهارات تقنية في استخدام برامج PC / DS Agile / Aview.
- خبرة في الاتصال مع أنظمة الحماية والتحكم وتكامل أجهزة IEDs الطرفية.
- معرفة جيدة ببروتوكولات IEC61850 و Modbus و IEC101 و IEC104 و IEC103.
- معرفة جيدة بمرحلات الحماية (Protection Relays).
- معرفة جيدة بأجهزة المراقبة والتشخيص (Monitoring & Diagnostic Devices).
- مهارات ممتازة في العرض والتواصل الكتابي باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على التواصل مع العميل، وإعداد جدول أنشطة الموقع، والتسليم في الوقت المحدد (مرغوب فيه).
- التوجه الجماعي والتعاوني، بما في ذلك مهارات الاستماع المتميزة والقدرة على الإدارة من خلال التأثير (مرغوب فيه).
- اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية (مرغوب فيه).
- الالتزام الحقيقي بثقافة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) والالتزام بجدول الشمولية والتنوع (I&D) (مرغوب فيه).

- Perform all activities related to the testing and validation of an equipment, facility or plant in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use, including performance services, and performance tests
- Develop conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
- Understand how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolve issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
- Responsible for activities related to SAS commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.
- Resolve issues using established procedures.
- Consult supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters, and collaborate with others to solve issues.
- Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.
- Exchange technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
- Degree in Electrical engineering or related fields .
- Minimum 1 year of experience in DCS/SAS systems.
- Technical background for DCS/SAS systems
- Experience in SCADA system as well SAS system with technical skills using PC /DSagile/Aview software
- Experience in communication with Protection and control system as well 3rd party IEDs integration
- Good knowledge for IEC61850 protocol , Modbus , IEC101 , IEC 104 and IEC103
- Good Knowledge for Protection Relays.
- Good Knowledge for Monitoring and Diagnostic Devices ( M&D).
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
- Ability to communicate with customer, prepare site activity schedule and deliver on time.
- Team oriented and collaborative approach including outstanding listening skills and ability to manage through influence.
- Arabic language is advantage
- Genuine commitment to EHS culture and commitment to I&D agenda
- Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions and Processes, and Spirit and Letter compliance rules. Resolve any non-conformances and process in a timely manner
- Build strong relationship with GA customers and business stakeholders: National Grid standard & qualification, projects and operations teams; contractors; system integrators.
- KSA experience will be an advantage
