شركة GE Vernova تعلن عن وظيفة Operations Leader (قائد العمليات) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية. ستقوم بإدارة العمليات اليومية لخطوط الإنتاج والإصلاح لضمان الموثوقية والاتساق، مع توفير بيئة تعلم آمنة وفعالة، والعمل تحت إشراف قائد الخلية مع مسؤولية إشرافية مباشرة على العمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتوجيه 35-45 موظفًا من العمالة اليدوية.
- تفعيل واستدامة مقاييس Fulfillment-5 في مجالات: السلامة، الجودة، التسليم، التكلفة، الإنتاجية والعاملين.
- تعزيز ثقافة 'الاستثناء الصفري' في السلامة، وضمان الامتثال للإجراءات التنظيمية وغير التنظيمية عبر إشراك العمال يوميًا.
- دعم فريق الجودة وضمان الامتثال لإجراءات نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS).
- قيادة إيقاع العمليات التكتيكية والعمل بشكل تكاملي مع فرق السلامة، الهندسة، الجودة والموارد البشرية لحل مشكلات ورشة العمل فورًا.
- تحقيق التسليم في الوقت المحدد للخلية من خلال تنفيذ خطط مهام الإصلاح.
- المسؤولية عن عملية مراجعة التكلفة لكل مهمة إصلاح طوال دورة حياتها.
- المسؤولية عن الاستغلال الأمثل، تخطيط السعة، وتخطيط القوى العاملة للخلية.
- الريادة في مبادرات الإنتاجية ومشاريع خفض التكلفة داخل الخلية.
- قيادة خطوط المنتجات في الخلية مع تطبيق 5S والتميز في اللين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في وظيفة ذات صلة أو في مجال التصنيع/إصلاح، منها سنتان في دور قيادي للأفراد.
- إجادة استخدام أدوات الحاسوب (MS Office).
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع.
- تركيز واضح على السلامة والجودة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغة الإنجليزية.
- الحق القانوني في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية دون الحاجة إلى كفالة أو قيود زمنية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في تطبيق مبادئ اللين (Lean deployment).
- معرفة جيدة بعمليات التصنيع/الإصلاح المرتبطة بمكونات توربينات الغاز.
- خبرة في دور قيادي ضمن مجال توليد الطاقة أو أعمال الإصلاح.
- إتقان التعامل مع نظام SAP.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة الفرق وتطويرها وتحفيزها.
- فهم جيد لممارسات وعمليات ورشة العمل.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة التغيير.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate is responsible of leading 35-45 blue collar employees.
- Operationalizing and sustaining Fulfillment-5 metrics execution on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity and People.
- Driving a ‘zero exception’ culture with Safety; sustaining Operations compliance to Regulatory & Non- Regulatory actions by engaging the shop floor operators on daily basis.
- Helping the Quality team and ensuring compliance to QMS procedures.
- Leading tactical operations rhythm and working inclusively with Safety, Engineering, Quality, and HR to resolve shop floor issues promptly.
- Driving On-Time-Delivery for the Cell through meeting repair jobs plan.
- Ownership of job cost review process throughout the life-cycle of each repair.
- Ownership of Utilization, capacity planning and manpower planning for the cell.
- Championing productivity initiatives and cost reduction projects in the cell.
- Lead Product Lines in the Cell along with Driving 5S and lean excellence.
- Bachelor 's degree in Engineering,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related job/Manufacturing repair business with 2 years of experience in people leader role.
- Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office)
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Demonstrated Safety and Quality focus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
- Experience with Lean deployment.
- Good working knowledge of manufacture/repair processes associated with gas turbine components,
- Experience in a leadership role within a power generation or repair business.
- Proficiency in dealing with SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate teams.
- Good understanding of workshop practices/processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change.
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
