المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجميع مكونات ووحدات التوربينات الغازية حسب الرسومات الهندسية وتعليمات العمل ومعايير الجودة.
- إجراء التجميع الميكانيكي للدوارات، الأغلفة، غرف الاحتراق، الشفرات، الريش، المحامل، والأنظمة المساعدة.
- استخدام أدوات القياس الدقيقة (الميكرومتر، مؤشرات القرص، مفاتيح العزم، مقاييس الخلوص) للتحقق من التفاوتات والخلوصات.
- تفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات وقوائم المواد وإجراءات التجميع.
- اتباع العمليات الموثقة للربط، العزم، المحاذاة، وتثبيت المكونات.
- إجراء فحوصات المكونات وتوثيق النتائج حسب متطلبات الجودة والتتبع.
- تحديد، الإبلاغ، والمساعدة في حل حالات عدم المطابقة أو مشاكل التجميع.
- الالتزام التام بإجراءات السلامة، بما في ذلك الرفع والتزوير والتعامل مع المكونات الثقيلة أو الحساسة.
- الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة وفقاً لمعايير 5S أو معايير الموقع.
- التعاون مع المهندسين ومفتشي الجودة والفنيين الآخرين لضمان التجميع الصحيح والالتزام بالجدول الزمني.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية تقنية في التجميع الميكانيكي أو الكهربائي.
- مهارات كمبيوتر أساسية.
- معرفة أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بمبادئ التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean) و 5S وممارسات التحسين المستمر.
- خبرة في تجميع الدوارات أو موازنتها أو محاذاة الأغلفة.
- الإلمام بأساسيات الفحص غير الإتلافي (NDT) وعمليات التفتيش.
- فهم أساسي لمبادئ تشغيل وأداء التوربينات الغازية.

safety and quality procedures. The assembler works collaboratively with

performance, reliability, and delivery requirements.
Job Description
Role Summary / Purpose:
- Assemble gas turbine components and modules according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards
- Perform mechanical assembly of rotors, casings, combustors, blades, vanes, bearings, and auxiliary systems
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches, feeler gauges) to verify tolerances and clearances
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly procedures
- Follow documented processes for bolting, torquing, alignment, and fit-up of components
- Perform component inspections and document results in accordance with quality and traceability requirements
- Identify, report, and help resolve non-conformances or assembly issues
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures, including lifting, rigging, and handling of heavy or sensitive components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with 5S or site standards
- Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and other technicians to ensure correct assembly and schedule adherence
- Support disassembly, inspection, and reassembly activities during overhauls and repairs
- Complete required documentation, checklists, and electronic records accurately and on time
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery
- Comply with all company policies, environmental regulations, and regulatory requirements
- Technical background in mechanical or electrical assembly
- Basic computer soft skills.
- Basic knowledge of English language.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices
- Exposure to rotor assembly, balancing, or casing alignment activities
- Familiarity with non‑destructive testing (NDT) basics and inspection processes
- Basic understanding of gas turbine operation and performance principles
- Certification in rigging, crane operation, or forklift handling
