يتولى قائد مركز التميز لمحولات الطاقة مسؤولية قيادة مركز التميز، وتقديم الخبرة الفنية عبر خدمات المحولات وإصلاحها وإدارة دورة حياتها. يركز الدور على تطبيق أفضل الممارسات في الإصلاح الميداني، وتعزيز القدرات الخدمية، وضمان تنفيذ عالي الجودة للأنشطة الميدانية المعقدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتطوير مركز التميز لمحولات الطاقة (PTR CoE)، وضمان التوافق مع استراتيجية العمل والتميز التشغيلي وأهداف نمو الخدمات.
- تقديم قيادة فنية قوية في مجال محولات الطاقة، والاستفادة من الخبرة العملية العميقة في الإصلاح الميداني والاختبار والتصنيع وإدارة دورة الحياة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة الإصلاح الميداني وضمان الجودة العالية والالتزام بالسلامة وتقليل وقت التوقف للعملاء، ودعم التدخلات الميدانية المعقدة والعمل كنقطة تصعيد للحالات الحرجة.
- المسؤولية عن الأنشطة الهندسية الشاملة لمحولات الطاقة في مرحلتي تقديم العطاءات (ITO) وتنفيذ المشاريع (OTR).
- دعم الفرق التجارية في المناقشات الفنية المعقدة مع العملاء.
- قيادة التنسيق الفني مع وحدات التوريد الداخلية في GE.
- دراسة وفهم متطلبات العملاء (RFQ) وشروط المناقصة.
- إعداد تقسيم المسؤوليات بين جميع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية والعميل.
- التحقق من الحل الفني الشامل قبل تقديمه للعميل.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية لجمع البيانات عند الحاجة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق الخدمات الميدانية أثناء العمل الميداني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال هندسة وخدمات محولات الطاقة.
- خبرة فنية عميقة في محولات الطاقة وأنظمة الحماية، مع خبرة عملية مثبتة في الإصلاح الميداني، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وخدمات دورة الحياة، بما في ذلك تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتحقيقات الأعطال.
- معرفة ممتازة بإرشادات IEC وCIGRE.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى متقدم.
- يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدمين الحق القانوني في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية دون الحاجة إلى كفالة أو قيود زمنية من الشركة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان اللغة العربية يعتبر ميزة.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية.
- القدرة على تحليل المشكلات وحلها.
- مهارات قيادية وشخصية قوية.

The Power Transformer CoE Leader is responsible for leading the Power Transformer Center of Excellence, providing technical leadership across transformer services, repair and lifecycle management. The role focuses on driving best-in-class practices in on-site repair strengthening service capabilities and ensuring high quality execution of complex field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Power Transformer (PTR) Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational excellence and service growth objectives.
- Provide strong technical leadership in PTR, leveraging deep hands on experience across on site repair, testing, manufacturing and life cycle management.
- Drive and oversee on-site repair activities ensuring high quality execution, safety compliance and minimal downtime for customers. support complex site interventions and act as escalation point for critical cases.
- Be responsible for overall PTR engineering activities at tendering (ITO) and project execution (OTR) stage
- Support Commercial teams in complex technical discussions with customer.
- Lead technical coordination with GE internal supplying units
- Study and understand customer RFQ and tender requirement
- Preparation of Division of Responsibility between all internal/external stake holders and customer.
- Validating the overall technical solution before client submission
- If requires perform Site visits for data collection
- Provide technical support to field services team during site works
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Min 10 years’ experience in Power transformer industry engineering and services
- Deep technical expertise in power transformers and protection systems, with proven hands-on experience in on-site repair, troubleshooting, and lifecycle services, including root cause analysis and failure investigations.
- Excellent knowledge of IEC and CIGRE guidelines
- Advanced English
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restrictions
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Arabic would be an asset
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to drive standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives
