GE Vernova تبحث عن مهندس ثانوي رئيسي (Lead Secondary Engineer) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشغل هذا المنصب مسؤولية الضمان الفني لأداء أعمال التصميم في مجال النشاط، مع الالتزام بالميزانية المخصصة للتصميم والمواعيد النهائية والجودة وفقاً لتوقعات العميل، مع تعزيز سهولة التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة للنظام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد قائمة المستندات الأولية للتخصص ومواءمتها مع الجدول الزمني للمشروع بمدة قابلة للتحقيق.
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) كاملة على أساس شهري.
- إضفاء الطابع الرسمي على خطة مراجعات التصميم ومراجعات البوابات للتخصص ومتابعتها.
- دمج جزء التصميم في سجل المخاطر (ROR) وإضفاء الطابع الرسمي على خطة التخفيف وتحديد حالة الإجراءات (لم تبدأ، جارية، مغلقة).
- اتباع أدوات إدارة التصميم بدقة وتقديم بيانات متسقة.
- تحديث خطة عبء العمل للتخصص بشكل منتظم.
- التحكم في ساعات التصميم للتخصص.
- تفعيل عملية تغيير التصميم.
- نشر والتحقق من صحة وثائق الواجهة للتخصص للمشروع.
- ضمان عدم وجود فجوة جوهرية في النطاق وتبادل المعلومات بين الشركاء أو الموردين الرئيسيين.
- عدم وجود مطالبات جدية من الموردين الرئيسيين.
- تفعيل منصة الهندسة عند الاقتضاء وتنظيم اجتماعات التنسيق.
- استخدام نظام تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) للتخصص.
- تسليم وثائق التخصص المطلوب إرفاقها بدليل التشغيل والصيانة (OM&M) في الوقت المحدد.
- الامتثال لعمليات وإجراءات الجودة وسياسات GE.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة أو كلية معتمدة في الهندسة الكهربائية أو المجالات ذات الصلة، أو خبرة ذات صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الهندسة في النشاط/التخصص ذي الصلة في بيئة مشاريع ومقاولات EPC في قطاع النقل والتوزيع أو STATCOM أو توليد الطاقة أو النفط والغاز.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل مع الشركة السعودية للكهرباء.
- يتطلب هذا الدور السفر بنسبة تصل إلى 20% داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا بالإضافة إلى دول/مناطق أخرى لفترات قصيرة أو متوسطة حسب الحاجة.
- لا يتم توفير مساعدة انتقال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة تنظيم المشروع والعمليات الهندسية المتعلقة بنطاق النشاط.
- خبرة في عمليات إدارة المشاريع الفنية، ويفضل في سياق فرق متعددة التخصصات مع واجهات متعددة.
- خبرات متعددة في إدارة حزم أعمال التصميم الموكلة لمقاولين خارجيين بأحجام مختلفة.
- خبرة في حل المشكلات الفنية.
- معرفة بصناعة النقل أو التوزيع.

Job Description Summary
The Lead Secondary Engineer is the technical guarantor of the proper performance of design works conducted in their field of activity, in matter of committed design budget (man days), deadline and Quality, in line with Customer expectation, while promoting ease of installation, operation and maintenance of the system.
A Lead Secondary Engineer has the capacity to manage design packages integrated in “Full set” projects according to PMH
With an important customer in terms of secured and potential contracts or target market.
That constitutes a major financial, technical and or commercial risk & opportunities
The impact of the project will have a significant effect on the Business unit
Operating within an (inter)national environment with many complex internal and suppliers’ interfaces
As a High Voltage Substation Control, protection & low voltage system designer Engineer, your main responsibility is to design, be part of the design of the design of a high voltage & HVDC substations, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards, protection standard, and regulations. Collaboration with other engineers and support for project documentation and continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.

- Discipline Design reviews & Gate reviews plan formalized and followed
- ROR integrates design part and Mitigation plan formalized and actions status identified (not started, ongoing, closed.)
- Design management tools strictly followed, and submission of coherent data
- Discipline workload plan updated on regular base
- Discipline Design hours mastered
- Design change process in place
- Discipline Interface sheets deployed and validated for the project
- No significant gap in scope and exchange of information between partners or main suppliers from our partners & Suppliers
- No serious claim from main Suppliers
- Engineering platform in place when relevant, coordination meetings organized
- NCR system used for the discipline
- Discipline document to be attached to the OM&M delivered on time
- Compliance to Quality processes and procedures and GE policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college Electrical or related backgrounds or relevant experience.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in the related activity/discipline in project & EPC type environment in T&D, STATCOM, Power Gen or Oil &Gas industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Saudi Electricity Company.
- This role requires up to 20% travel within MEA & Europe along with other country/regions for short or medium period based on requirement.

- Several experiences in managing externally subcontracted design work package of various sizes
- Design management tools strictly followed, and submission of coherent data
- Discipline workload plan updated on regular base
- Experience in technical problem solving
- Knowledge of Transmission or Distribution industry
- No significant gap in scope and exchange of information between partners or main suppliers from our partners & Suppliers
- Engineering platform in place when relevant, coordination meetings organized
- NCR system used for the discipline
- Discipline document to be attached to the OM&M delivered on time
