تعلن شركة الاتصالات السعودية (STC) عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى محلل استثمارات الصناديق والتشغيل (Funds Investment & Operation Analyst) في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • البحث النشط عن فرص استثمارية من خلال التواصل مع أصحاب رؤوس الأموال المغامرة ورجال الأعمال وخبراء الصناعة.
  • تحديد وتقييم الاستثمارات المحتملة التي تتوافق مع الأولويات الاستراتيجية للمجموعة وأهداف خلق القيمة.
  • إجراء التحليل المالي للشركات المستهدفة، بما في ذلك الأداء التاريخي والتوقعات والاحتياجات التمويلية.
  • تطوير النماذج المالية والتقييمات لتحديد التسعير المناسب للاستثمار والعوائد المتوقعة.
  • تقييم جدوى وإمكانات النمو للشركات المستثمر فيها، بما في ذلك التعرض للمخاطر وملاءمتها لأهداف المجموعة.
  • قيادة عملية العناية الواجبة الشاملة، بالتنسيق مع الخبراء الداخليين والخارجيين لتقييم الجوانب المالية والقانونية والتشغيلية.
  • إعداد وثائق فرضية الاستثمار التي توضح الأساس المنطقي والمخاطر والقيمة الاستراتيجية والعوائد المحتملة.
  • قيادة التفاوض وهيكلة صفقات الاستثمار لتعظيم العوائد المالية والانسجام الاستراتيجي.
  • تقديم مقترحات الاستثمار إلى لجنة الاستثمار، ومعالجة الاستفسارات، والحصول على الموافقات اللازمة.
  • ضمان الامتثال المستمر لسياسة الاستثمار ونماذج الحوكمة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة.
  • خبرة سابقة في تطوير الأعمال أو استثمارات الصناديق أو التخطيط أو الاستراتيجية في قطاع الاتصالات.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الاستثمار.
  • يُفضل بالإضافة إلى ذلك درجة البكالوريوس في المالية.

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential investments that align with the Group’s strategic priorities and value creation goals. Also, assess the viability and growth potential of investee companies, including risk exposure and fit with Group objectives. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Actively source investment opportunities by networking with venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and industry experts.
  • Identify and evaluate potential investments that align with the Group’s strategic priorities and value creation goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis of target companies, including historical performance, projections, and funding needs.
  • Develop financial models and valuations to assess appropriate investment pricing and expected returns.
  • Assess the viability and growth potential of investee companies, including risk exposure and fit with Group objectives.
  • Lead comprehensive due diligence, coordinating internal and external experts to evaluate financial, legal, and operational aspects.
  • Prepare investment thesis documents outlining rationale, risks, strategic value and potential returns.
  • Lead the negotiation and structuring of investment deals to maximize financial returns and strategic alignment
  • Present investment proposals to the investment committee, address concerns, and secure necessary approvals.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with investment policy, governance models, and regulatory requirements
