JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

Support the identification, assessment, and implementation of automation opportunities across Operations to improve efficiency, service quality, control effectiveness, and operational performance.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Policies, Processes & Procedures:

• Implements approved department policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitors their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner relating to SAMA Executions Orders, Instructions and Inquires.

Day- to-day operations:

• Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the team to ensure compliance with the established standards, SAMA Circulars & Regulation and procedures.
• Execution Orders and Instructions includes sending payments as per orders, setting up monthly collection garnishments and SAMA letters.
• Coordinate with business units for UAT sign-offs and Hyper care sign-offs.
• Provide dedicated monitoring for newly launched bots to be handover to support team.
• Conduct discovery session with business to identify, analyze, and assess process automation opportunities, and prepare reports highlighting high-ROI and expected business benefits.

Position related accountability:

• Identify operational processes suitable for automation.
• Conduct process assessments and document automation opportunities.
• Support the design and implementation of RPA initiatives in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor automation outcomes and expected business benefits.
• Coordinate with Operations and Technology teams during automation deployment activities.
• Track automation performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure automation initiatives comply with operational requirements and governance standards.
• Prepare automation opportunity assessments and implementation reports.

Continuous Improvement:

• Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘best practice’, as Instruction by SAMA, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Contributes to the projects related to SAMA Executions Orders, Instructions and Inquires either sponsored by SAMA or by the Bank.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or computer science.

Minimum Experience:

• 4-6 years relevant experience in Banking Operations

Language:

• English: Intermediate
