تعلن شركة Unilever عن وظيفة أخصائي تحصيل ومطالبات (Collections & Claims Specialist) في الرياض، السعودية. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى ضمان التميز التشغيلي في دورة التحصيل النقدي وإدارة المطالبات من البداية إلى النهاية، من خلال التواصل مع العملاء لإغلاق الفواتير المفتوحة، وتسوية المطالبات، وحل النزاعات، وتسوية الأرصدة، والتنسيق مع زملاء في أقسام اللوجستيات والمبيعات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يهدف هذا الدور إلى ضمان التميز التشغيلي في دورة التحصيل النقدي وإدارة المطالبات من البداية إلى النهاية، من خلال التواصل مع العملاء لإغلاق الفواتير المفتوحة، وتسوية المطالبات، وحل النزاعات، وتسوية الأرصدة. كما يشمل التنسيق مع زملاء في أقسام اللوجستيات والمبيعات للتعامل مع الإجراءات المفتوحة وتسليط الضوء على المخاطر أو إدارة الديون المعدومة. ستكون جزءًا من فريق يؤمن بالعمل الذي يهم الناس والكوكب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل وتسوية المطالبات مع العملاء بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان امتثال وتسوية حسابات العملاء.
- إدارة البنود المفتوحة والأرصدة القديمة لمعالجة النزاعات أو المخاطر التي تهدد التحصيل.
- التفاعل عبر الأقسام مع فرق المبيعات واللوجستيات.
- عقد اجتماع شهري مع فريق النقد والمطالبات والقيادة لتحديث الإجراءات المفتوحة والفرص أو المخاطر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس، ويفضل في الأعمال/المحاسبة/المالية أو سلسلة التوريد.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، ويفضل في حسابات القبض أو التحصيل أو إدارة المطالبات.
- عضوية الهيئة السعودية للمحاسبين القانونيين (SOCPA).
- خبرة في العمل مع أنظمة المعلومات الرئيسية (Excel, SAP).
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة - اتصال مؤثر ومرن.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في العمل عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات ومع أصحاب مصلحة خارجيين.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام والعمل على قضايا متنوعة غير متوقعة.
- فطنة تجارية قوية وشغف بالأداء العالي.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely claims analysis and settlement with customers
- Ensure compliant and reconciled customer accounts
- Managing open items and aged balances to tackle disputes or risks to collection
- Cross-functional interactions with sales and logistics teams
- Monthly meeting with the cash & claims team and leadership to update on open actions, opportunities, or risks
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business/accounting/finance or supply chain
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, ideally in accounts receivables, collections, or claims management
- SOCPA membership
- Experience of working with key information systems (Excel, SAP)
- Excellent communication skills - Impactful and flexible communication
- Experience in working across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders
- Multitasking and ability to work with different ad hoc issues.
- Strong business acumen, passion for high performance
