تعمل يونيليفر في أكثر من 190 دولة ومنتجاتها تصل إلى 3.4 مليار شخص يومياً. نحن نؤمن بأن العمل بطريقة صحيحة يحقق أداءً متميزاً، وهدفنا جعل الحياة المستدامة أمراً شائعاً. في هذا السياق، يُعد مشرف الخدمات اللوجستية مسؤولاً عن إدارة عمليات الاستيراد والأنشطة الجمركية والامتثال التنظيمي لضمان حركة البضائع في الوقت المناسب وبتكلفة فعالة وبما يتوافق مع اللوائح. يتعاون هذا الدور مع الجهات الحكومية ووسطاء الجمارك ومقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية وفرق المستودعات لضمان عمليات استيراد سلسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ومراقبة أداء شحنات الاستيراد لضمان التخليص السريع والفعال.
- التأكد من الحصول على جميع المستندات المطلوبة والتسجيلات والتصاريح ومتطلبات الفواتير المثلثة والموافقات المسبقة قبل وصول الشحنة لتجنب التأخير ورسوم الانتظار والحجز.
- تنسيق تسليم البضائع المستوردة في الوقت المحدد إلى المستودعات المخصصة.
- إدارة أنشطة الامتثال التنظيمي بما في ذلك تسجيلات SFDA وشهادات SASO والإعفاءات الجمركية والمتطلبات الحكومية الأخرى.
- دفع التميز التشغيلي والتحسين المستمر عبر أنشطة الاستيراد والتخليص.
- إدارة تكاليف شحنات الاستيراد والمدفوعات والتسليمات والتسجيلات في النظام.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية للحصول على الموافقات وحل المسائل التنظيمية.
- تنفيذ أنشطة التخليص الجمركي والتأكد من توفر جميع المستندات المطلوبة قبل وصول الشحنة.
- إدارة متطلبات الفواتير المثلثة وضمان الامتثال للوائح الجمركية لتسهيل عمليات التخليص.
- إدارة الإعفاءات الجمركية وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- التنسيق مع فرق المستودعات لضمان توفر السعة واستلام البضائع المستوردة في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة وإدارة مقدمي الخدمات من الأطراف الثالثة لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية والامتثال للخدمة.
- دفع المبادرات لتحسين أوقات التخليص وتحسين عمليات الاستيراد.
- متابعة إرجاع الحاويات الفارغة لتقليل رسوم الاحتجاز والتكاليف المرتبطة.
- الحفاظ على الامتثال للوائح SFDA وSASO (Saber) والجمارك واللوائح الأخرى المعمول بها.
- التعاون مع الجهات المعنية الداخلية والخارجية لضمان عمليات استيراد سلسة من البداية إلى النهاية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الخدمات اللوجستية وعمليات الاستيراد والتخليص الجمركي والعلاقات الحكومية.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الجهات التنظيمية السعودية بما في ذلك SFDA وSASO (Saber) وZATCA.
- فهم قوي للإجراءات الجمركية والشحن والامتثال للاستيراد.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- كفاءة عالية في استخدام Microsoft Excel وPowerPoint وPower BI.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات الاستيراد والتخليص الجمركي والعمليات اللوجستية.
- فهم جيد لمتطلبات SFDA وSASO وZATCA والأطر التنظيمية السعودية.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات وتنظيمية قوية.

Job Scope
- Manage and monitor import shipment performance to ensure timely and efficient clearance.
- Ensure all required documentation, registrations, permits, triangulation invoice requirements, and pre-approvals are obtained prior to shipment arrival to avoid delays, demurrage, and detention charges.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of imported goods to designated warehouses.
- Manage regulatory compliance activities, including SFDA registrations, SASO certifications, customs exemptions, and other government-related requirements.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across import and clearance activities.
- Manage import shipment costs, payments, deliveries, and system registrations.
- Coordinate with government authorities to secure approvals and resolve regulatory matters.
- Execute customs clearance activities and ensure all required documentation is in place before shipment arrival.
- Manage triangulation invoice requirements and ensure compliance with customs regulations to facilitate smooth clearance processes.
- Manage customs exemptions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure capacity availability and timely receipt of imported goods.
- Monitor and manage third-party service providers to ensure operational efficiency and service compliance.
- Drive initiatives to improve clearance lead times and optimize import operations.
- Follow up on empty container returns to minimize detention and related costs.
- Maintain compliance with SFDA, SASO (Saber), Customs, and other applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end import operations.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, import operations, customs clearance, and government relations.
- Experience dealing with Saudi regulatory authorities, including SFDA, SASO (Saber), and ZATCA.
- Strong understanding of customs procedures, freight forwarding, and import compliance requirements.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of import operations, customs clearance, and logistics processes.
- Good understanding of SFDA, SASO, ZATCA Customs requirements, and Saudi regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver results in a timely manner.
