تعلن شركة يونيليفر عن توفر وظيفة مهندس سلامة وصحة وبيئة (SHE Engineer) في مصنع جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، بهدف دعم تحقيق طموح الشركة في الوصول إلى صفر ضرر من خلال تطبيق معايير السلامة والامتثال للوائح المحلية وبناء ثقافة سلامة قوية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة والبيئة الخاصة بشركة يونيليفر والمتطلبات القانونية المحلية في المصنع (تقييم المخاطر، تصاريح العمل، إجراءات الإغلاق/الوسم، سلامة الآلات، إدارة المقاولين، وغيرها).
  • قيادة أو دعم تقييمات مخاطر السلامة والصحة والبيئة (JHAs, HAZOPs, ergonomics) وضمان إغلاق الإجراءات في الوقت المحدد.
  • التنسيق للإبلاغ عن الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة والتحقيق فيها واستخلاص الدروس المستفادة، ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للسلامة والصحة والبيئة (الإصابات، الحوادث الوشيكة، التدقيقات، التفتيش) وقيادة خطط التحسين المستمر.
  • تقديم برامج التوعية والتدريب والتدريب العملي والمحاضرات التوعوية للموظفين والمقاولين.
  • دعم المشاريع والنفقات الرأسمالية (الخطوط الجديدة، تغييرات التخطيط) لضمان دمج السلامة والصحة والبيئة في التصميم.
  • المشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية وضمان الامتثال المستمر لمتطلبات يونيليفر والجهات التنظيمية.
  • التعاون مع أقسام الإنتاج والهندسة والصيانة والموارد البشرية لدمج السلامة والصحة والبيئة في العمليات اليومية لمصنع جدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة جامعية في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة بمجال السلامة والصحة والبيئة (أو خبرة معادلة).
  • خبرة سابقة في أدوار السلامة والصحة والبيئة أو الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في بيئة تصنيع / مصنع (يفضل).
  • معرفة بلوائح السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • شهادة NEBOSH IGC (مفضلة).
  • شهادة OSH (مفضلة).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.
  • مهارات تواصل وتدريب وإقناع فعالة عبر المستويات والنوبات.
  • طلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

Job Purpose

This role exists to Support delivery of Unilever’s Zero Harm ambition at Jeddah Factory by implementing Unilever SHE Standards, ensuring compliance with KSA regulations, and building a strong safety culture across all shifts and lines. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters - for people and the planet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and sustain Unilever SHE Standards and local legal requirements in the factory (risk assessments, permits-to-work, LOTO, machine safety, contractor management, etc.).
  • Lead or support SHE risk assessments (JHAs, HAZOPs, ergonomics) and ensure timely closure of actions.
  • Coordinate incident and near-miss reporting, investigation and learning; track corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor SHE KPIs (injuries, near misses, audits, inspections) and drive continuous improvement plans.
  • Deliver SHE inductions, training, coaching and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
  • Support projects and capex (new lines, layout changes) to ensure “SHE by design”.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure ongoing compliance with Unilever and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and HR to embed SHE in daily operations at Jeddah Factory.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or SHE-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in SHE or HSE roles in manufacturing / factory environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of KSA occupational safety, health and environmental regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communication, coaching and influencing skills across levels and shifts.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • NEBOSH IGC.
  • OSH Certificate.
