شركة الفطيم للسيارات (Al-Futtaim Automotive) تعلن عن وظيفة مسؤول مطالبات (سعودة) في قسم BYD Body Shop بمدينة الرياض، بهدف دعم إدارة المستحقات والرقابة الائتمانية وتتبع المطالبات وإعداد تقارير الأداء.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- دعم إدارة المستحقات والرقابة الائتمانية وتتبع المطالبات وإعداد تقارير MIS ومراجعة أرصدة العملاء.
- التقارير المباشرة للمدير الإقليمي / رئيس قسم Body & Paint، والعمل مع فريق الرقابة الائتمانية ومدير المالية وخدمات المالية المشتركة وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لضمان الفوترة في الوقت المناسب والتحصيل الفعال وإعداد تقارير دقيقة وتحسين أداء المستحقات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم المدير الإقليمي في مراجعة العمليات الحالية واقتراح التحسينات لضمان الفوترة والتحصيل في الوقت المناسب.
- إعداد ومشاركة ومراجعة تقارير MIS عن المستحقات حسب القسم والعميل.
- مراقبة أرصدة العملاء المتأخرة ودعم تطوير خطط سداد مناسبة عند الحاجة.
- تقديم رؤى وتحليلات للمساعدة في تحديد مجالات القلق والأرصدة المتأخرة وحسابات العملاء المتنازع عليها ومخاطر التحصيل.
- إعداد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لكل قسم ومراجعتها بانتظام مع مدير الرقابة الائتمانية / المدير الإقليمي ومدير المالية.
- العمل عن كثب مع خدمات المالية المشتركة في تقارير المدينين والتحديثات المحاسبية والتسويات ومراقبة المستحقات.
- دعم أنشطة نهاية الشهر بما في ذلك استحقاقات الخصومات ومخصصات الحسابات المدينة.
- المساعدة في تطوير استراتيجيات التحصيل وخطط العمل لتحسين الأداء المتأخر.
- الحفاظ على دقة البيانات والتقارير والسجلات مع ضمان السرية والامتثال لسياسات الشركة.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لخلق بيئة عمل مفتوحة وصادقة وموجهة نحو الأداء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة أو المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة المستحقات أو الرقابة الائتمانية أو المطالبات أو العمليات المالية أو دور مماثل في مؤسسة كبيرة.
- خبرة في قطاع السيارات أو قطع الغيار أو عمليات الوكلاء أو أعمال Body & Paint تعتبر ميزة.
- مهارات تحليلية وإعداد تقارير قوية مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية وإبراز الرؤى الرئيسية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والقدرة على العمل عبر الأقسام والمستويات.
- مستوى عالٍ من المعرفة بالحاسب الآلي؛ معرفة SAP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Overview Of The Role:
The role will support receivables management, credit control activities, claims tracking, MIS reporting, and customer outstanding reviews across the business.
Reporting to the Regional Manager / Head of Body & Paint, the successful candidate will work closely with the Credit Control team, Business Unit Finance Manager, Finance Shared Services, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely invoicing, effective collections, accurate reporting, and improved receivables performance.

Overview Of The Role:
The role will support receivables management, credit control activities, claims tracking, MIS reporting, and customer outstanding reviews across the business.
Reporting to the Regional Manager / Head of Body & Paint, the successful candidate will work closely with the Credit Control team, Business Unit Finance Manager, Finance Shared Services, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely invoicing, effective collections, accurate reporting, and improved receivables performance.
What You Will Do:
- Support the Regional Manager in reviewing existing processes and recommending improvements to ensure timely invoicing and collection.
- Prepare, review, and share MIS reports on receivables by division and customer.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and support the development of appropriate payment plans where required.
- Provide insights and analysis to help identify areas of concern, overdue balances, disputed customer accounts, and collection risks.
- Prepare and report key performance indicators for each division and regularly review performance with the Credit Control Manager / Regional Manager and Business Unit Finance Manager.
- Work closely with Finance Shared Services on debtor reports, accounting updates, reconciliations, and receivables monitoring.
- Support month-end activities including rebate accruals and accounts receivable provisioning.
- Assist in developing collection strategies and action plans to improve overdue performance.
- Maintain accurate data, reports, and records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create an open, honest, and performance-driven working environment.
- Ability to review receivables data, prepare MIS reports, identify overdue trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Understanding of invoicing, collections, debtor reports, reconciliations, payment plans, and AR provisioning.
- Ability to work effectively with Credit Control, Finance Shared Services, BUFM, Regional Manager, and customers to resolve outstanding issues.
- Ability to manage sensitive financial information accurately while maintaining integrity, compliance, and data control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in receivables management, credit control, claims, finance operations, or a similar role within a large organisation.
- Experience in automotive, parts, dealer operations, or Body & Paint business is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret financial data and highlight key insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across departments and levels.
- High level of computer literacy; SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
