نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه فرصة للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية. يتكون هذا المشروع الفريد من تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنون وكل البنى التحتية المرتبطة بها. Mace هي أحد شركاء التوصيل وتبحث عن محترفين ذوي خبرة عالية لقيادة الفرق المتكاملة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وإدارة العقود والضمانات والسندات والتراخيص، وضمان الامتثال والتنفيذ الرسمي.
- قيادة الفرق ومستشاري التكاليف، وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وغرس ثقافة التحسين المستمر.
- إدارة التقييمات والتغيرات ومراقبة التكاليف وإعداد التقارير، والحفاظ على النزاهة المالية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- الإشراف على تقييم المطالبات واستكمال العقود وعمليات التصديق، وضمان الحل العادل ورضا العميل.
- تقديم تحسينات في الأنظمة والعمليات، وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات والدروس المستفادة لدفع التغيير التحويلي.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات صفري، والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية والتخفيضات أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في مسح الكميات أو إدارة التكاليف، أو مؤهل معادل.
- عضوية مهنية (MRICS/RICS) مع تطور مستمر مثبت.
- فطنة تجارية ومالية قوية مع خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال.
- معرفة تفصيلية بالعقود وهندسة القيمة والاستدامة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع.

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Prepare and administer contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
- Lead teams and cost consultants, driving behaviours that achieve KPIs and embed continuous improvement.
- Manage valuations, variations, cost control, and reporting, maintaining financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee claims evaluation, contract completion, and certification processes, securing fair resolution and client satisfaction.
- Deliver improvements in systems and processes, applying best practice and lessons learned to drive transformational change.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Degree in quantity surveying or cost management, or equivalent qualification.
- Professional membership (MRICS/RICS) with demonstrable ongoing development.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven business development expertise.
- Detailed knowledge of contracts, value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
