المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات ومبادرات وبرامج تجربة العملاء
- جمع وتحليل ملاحظات العملاء لتحديد فرص تحسين الخدمة
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان توافق أهداف تجربة العملاء
- دعم إنشاء خرائط رحلة العميل وأطر العمل التجريبية
- إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية حول مقاييس تجربة العملاء والتقدم المحرز
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة لتعزيز ثقافة تركز على العميل
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو تجربة العملاء أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال تجربة العملاء أو تصميم الخدمة أو أدوار ذات صلة

- Assist in the development and implementation of customer experience strategies, initiatives, and programs
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of customer experience goals
- Support the creation of customer journey maps and experience frameworks
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer experience metrics and progress
- Engage with stakeholders to promote a strong customer-centric culture
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer experience, service design, or related roles
