القدية للاستثمار، شركة رائدة في قطاع الترفيه والتطوير الثقافي في المملكة العربية السعودية، تبحث عن مدير - المحاسبة الجماعية (Director - Group Accounting) للعمل في الرياض. في هذا الدور التنفيذي، ستشرف على وظيفة المحاسبة الجماعية وتلعب دورًا محوريًا في تشكيل إطار التقارير المالية والسياسات المحاسبية للشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة فريق المحاسبة الجماعية لإعداد القوائم المالية الموحدة وفقًا لمعايير IFRS والمعايير المحاسبية المحلية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات والضوابط الداخلية المحاسبية لضمان النزاهة المالية والامتثال التنظيمي.
- الإشراف على إعداد تقارير مالية شهرية وربع سنوية وسنوية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان التنسيق الفعال مع المدققين الخارجيين والجهات التنظيمية أثناء عمليات التدقيق ومراجعات الامتثال.
- تقديم رؤى مالية استراتيجية وتوصيات لفريق القيادة التنفيذية.
- مراقبة التغييرات في المعايير واللوائح المحاسبية، وتقييم تأثيرها ودفع التغييرات اللازمة داخل المؤسسة.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر داخل وظيفة المحاسبة الجماعية لتعزيز دقة وكفاءة التقارير.
- توجيه وتطوير المهنيين المحاسبيين داخل المجموعة، وتعزيز ثقافة الأداء العالي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يُفضل بشدة الدرجات المتقدمة أو الشهادات المهنية مثل CPA أو ACCA.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا متدرجة في المحاسبة الجماعية، مع خبرة قيادية كبيرة في دور مماثل.
- معرفة شاملة بمعايير IFRS والتوحيد المالي ومتطلبات الامتثال التنظيمي.
- مهارات قوية في التفكير الاستراتيجي والتحليل وحل المشكلات.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة وتطوير فرق عالية الأداء.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة التقارير المالية المعقدة في بيئة ديناميكية.
- إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة ومهارات متقدمة في Excel.

As the Director of Group Accounting, you will lead the consolidation of financial statements across the group, ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards, and provide insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. As the Director of Group Accounting, you will lead the consolidation of financial statements across the group, ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards, and provide insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the financial reporting process.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the group accounting team to prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure effective coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, assessing their impact and driving necessary changes within the organization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the group accounting function to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor and develop accounting professionals within the group, fostering a high-performance culture
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in group accounting, with significant leadership experience in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated capability to manage complex financial reporting in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
