تعلن شركة القدية (Qiddiya Investment Company) عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي أول - تدقيق الامتثال في المشتريات في مدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنفيذ عمليات تدقيق شاملة لأنشطة المشتريات للتحقق من الامتثال لسياسات الشركة والمعايير التنظيمية والالتزامات التعاقدية.
- تحديد الفجوات والمخاطر في عمليات المشتريات والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتطوير خطط المعالجة.
- ضمان توثيق نتائج التدقيق بدقة وإبلاغها بفعالية للفرق المعنية.
- إجراء تقييمات للمخاطر المتعلقة بعمليات المشتريات والتوصية بضوابط التخفيف.
- مراقبة الاتجاهات والمخاطر الناشئة في أنشطة المشتريات والإبلاغ عنها.
- المساعدة في تحديث سياسات وإجراءات الامتثال في المشتريات بما يتوافق مع التغييرات التنظيمية.
- دعم تقديم جلسات تدريبية لتعزيز وعي الموظفين بمتطلبات الامتثال في المشتريات.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق المشتريات والمالية والتدقيق لدعم أهداف الامتثال.
- التواصل مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين لتسهيل أنشطة التدقيق والرد على استفساراتهم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال الامتثال في المشتريات أو التدقيق أو أدوار ذات صلة، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن مشاريع أو مؤسسات كبيرة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية مثل CIPS أو CIA أو ما يعادلها تُعتبر ميزة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات مع اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق متنوعة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة، وإجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- الإلمام بالإطار التنظيمي السعودي وبيئة الأعمال في المملكة ميزة.

- Procurement Compliance Audits:
- Plan and execute comprehensive audits of procurement activities to verify compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations
- Identify gaps and risks in procurement processes and collaborate with stakeholders to develop remediation plans
- Ensure audit findings are documented accurately and communicated effectively to relevant teams
- Risk Assessment and Monitoring:
- Conduct risk assessments related to procurement operations and recommend mitigating controls
- Monitor and report on compliance trends and emerging risks within procurement activities
- Policy Support and Training:
- Assist in updating procurement compliance policies and procedures in line with changing regulations
- Support the delivery of training sessions to enhance staff awareness of procurement compliance requirements
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with procurement teams, finance, and audit functions to support compliance objectives
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit activities and respond to audit queries
- 4+ years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or related roles, preferably within large-scale projects or organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CIA, or equivalent are preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulatory framework and business environment is preferred
