القدية تعلن عن وظيفة مدير - استراتيجية التعليم في الرياض، السعودية، لقيادة تطوير وتنفيذ المبادرات التعليمية ضمن مشروع القدية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة الاستراتيجية التعليمية على مستوى المدينة، بما في ذلك توقع الطلب وتحديد متطلبات السعة ومزيج الأصول التعليمية.
- إعداد موجزات استراتيجية خاصة بكل أصل تعليمي لتحديد المتطلبات التعليمية، ونماذج التشغيل، وفرص الاستثمار، وأساليب التعاقد مع المشغلين.
- جذب وتعيين مشغلين تعليميين عالميين المستوى.
- تيسير فرص الاستثمار الخاصة عبر محفظة التعليم.
- قيادة التواصل مع الجهات الحكومية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين الرئيسيين لتمكين تنفيذ المشروع.
- التعاون مع فرق التطوير لضمان توافق الأصول مع المتطلبات التعليمية واحتياجات المشغلين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في استراتيجية التعليم، تطوير البرامج، أو الاستشارات الإدارية.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع والفرق التعليمية.

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director - Education Strategy to lead the strategic development and execution of education initiatives within the Qiddiya project. This leadership role will be responsible for setting the vision, guiding strategic planning, and driving partnerships that enhance Qiddiya's education ecosystem in alignment with its broader mission.
The Director will collaborate with key stakeholders, including government entities, educational institutions, and internal teams, to develop innovative education programs and infrastructure that meet market demands and support community development objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Education Planning & Asset Strategy
- Develop and maintain the city-wide education strategy, including demand forecasting, capacity requirements, and asset mix
- Develop asset-specific strategy briefs to define educational requirements, operating models, investment opportunities, and operator procurement approaches
- Education Partnerships & Investments
- Drive the attraction and appointment of world-class education operators
- Facilitate private investment opportunities across the education portfolio
- Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
- Lead engagement with government authorities and key external stakeholders to enable project delivery
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure assets meet educational and operator requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in education strategy, program development, or management consulting
- Proven leadership experience in managing education projects and teams
