تعلن شركة Datamatics Technologies عن توفر وظيفة Back End Developer في الرياض، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن مطور خلفية ذو خبرة من 3 إلى 11 سنوات لتصميم وتطوير وصيانة تطبيقات الخادم القابلة للتطوير والآمنة، والعمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات لتقديم حلول على مستوى المؤسسات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير وصيانة تطبيقات الخادم القابلة للتطوير والخدمات المصغرة (Microservices).
  • تطوير RESTful APIs وخدمات الخادم لدعم تطبيقات الويب والجوال.
  • بناء تطبيقات خادم آمنة وعالية الأداء وموثوقة.
  • تصميم وتحسين مخططات قواعد البيانات والاستعلامات وطبقات الوصول إلى البيانات.
  • دمج خدمات الطرف الثالث وتطبيقات المؤسسات عبر APIs.
  • استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحسين أداء تطبيقات الخادم.
  • تنفيذ أفضل ممارسات المصادقة والتفويض والأمان.
  • التعاون مع مطوري الواجهة الأمامية ومهندسي DevOps وفرق ضمان الجودة وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات الكود ومناقشات التصميم الفني والقرارات المعمارية.
  • إنشاء وصيانة الوثائق الفنية واتباع أفضل ممارسات تطوير البرمجيات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، هندسة البرمجيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 11 سنوات في تطوير تطبيقات الخادم.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة عملية عملية في إحدى التقنيات التالية: Java (Spring Boot) أو .NET (ASP.NET Core) أو Node.js أو Python (Django) أو Ruby on Rails أو PHP (Laravel/Symfony).
  • خبرة قوية في تطوير REST APIs وخدمات الخادم.
  • خبرة في بنية الخدمات المصغرة (Microservices Architecture).
  • معرفة قوية بـ SQL أو PostgreSQL أو MySQL أو Microsoft SQL Server.
  • خبرة في Git وأنظمة التحكم بالإصدارات.
  • فهم مبادئ البرمجة كائنية التوجه (OOP) وتصميم البرمجيات.
  • خبرة في دمج APIs طرف ثالث وأنظمة المؤسسات.
  • مهارات قوية في تصحيح الأخطاء وحل المشكلات وتحسين الأداء.
  • خبرة مع Docker أو Kubernetes (إضافية).
  • خبرة مع Kafka أو RabbitMQ أو منصات مراسلة أخرى (إضافية).
  • خبرة مع Redis أو Memcached للتخزين المؤقت (إضافية).
  • معرفة بـ AWS أو Microsoft Azure أو Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (إضافية).
  • الإلمام بـ CI/CD pipelines وممارسات DevOps (إضافية).
  • خبرة مع GraphQL (إضافية).
  • فهم آليات المصادقة مثل OAuth 2.0 وJWT وOpenID Connect (إضافية).
  • خبرة في بناء تطبيقات سحابية أصلية (Cloud-Native) وتطبيقات موزعة (مرغوب فيه).
  • معرفة بالتصميم القائم على المجال (Domain-Driven Design) والهندسة المعتمدة على الأحداث (Event-Driven) (مرغوب فيه).

Job Title: Backend Developer (3-11 Years Experience)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in backend development frameworks, microservices architecture, database design, API development, and cloud-native application development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices
  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services to support web and mobile applications
  • Build secure, high-performance, and reliable server-side applications
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data access layers
  • Integrate third-party services and enterprise applications through APIs
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend application performance
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decisions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices
Must-Have Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) OR .NET (ASP.NET Core) OR Node.js OR Python (Django) OR Ruby on Rails OR PHP (Laravel/Symfony)
  • Strong experience developing REST APIs and backend services
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture
  • Strong knowledge of SQL OR PostgreSQL OR MySQL OR Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with Git and version control systems
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise systems
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
Good to Have
  • Experience with Docker OR Kubernetes
  • Experience with Kafka OR RabbitMQ or other messaging platforms
  • Experience with Redis OR Memcached for caching
  • Knowledge of AWS OR Microsoft Azure OR Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID Connect
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-11 years of experience in backend application development
Preferred Skills
  • Experience building cloud-native and distributed applications
  • Knowledge of domain-driven design and event-driven architectures
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
