القدية تبحث عن محترف في إدارة الاستثمار للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، السعودية، للمساهمة في تقييم وإنشاء وإدارة فرص الاستثمار العقاري.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- فرصة عملية عالية الظهور، حيث ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع القيادة العليا لتحديد فرص استثمارية جديدة، وبدء الصفقات، وهيكلة المعاملات.
- ستطبق خبرتك في النمذجة المالية وتمويل الشركات والاندماجات والاستحواذات لبناء أساس إطار الاستثمار وإدارة الأداء المالي للاستثمارات العقارية.
- بيئة سريعة وريادية في مرحلة محورية من نمو الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء أبحاث السوق والعناية الواجبة المالية الشاملة لفرص الاستثمار العقاري.
- إنشاء نماذج مالية متطورة لتقييم الربحية والمخاطر.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية (مديري المشاريع، المحللين، الزملاء) وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين (البنوك، الاستشاريين، المستشارين القانونيين).
- فهم وتنفيذ الهياكل المالية المعقدة وشروط الصفقات لدعم النمو طويل الأجل.
- تحديد فرص استثمارية جديدة وهيكلة الصفقات بالتنسيق مع القيادة العليا.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو شهادة CFA أو مؤهلات مكافئة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة الاستثمار أو النمذجة المالية أو استشارات الاندماجات والاستحواذات (يفضل في العقارات أو الأسهم الخاصة).
- خبرة في تمويل الشركات ونمذجة الاندماجات والاستحواذات وهيكلة الصفقات مع التركيز على العقارات.
- خبرة قوية من بنوك استثمارية متخصصة (مثل لازارد، روتشيلد، جيفريز) أو صناديق عقارية كبيرة (مثل هاينز، بروكفيلد، كابيتال لاند).
- يفضل التعرض المسبق لمنطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان النمذجة المالية وبرنامج Excel وتمويل الشركات.
- الإلمام بمصطلحات البنوك وعمليات الاندماجات والاستحواذ.
- فهم قوي لاستراتيجيات الاستثمار العقاري واتجاهات السوق وظروفه في منطقة الخليج.
- فهم إدارة المحافظ وتحليل الاستثمار.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب).
- إجادة اللغة العربية (مفضل).

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions. Your ability to understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms will be essential to driving long-term growth and profitability for the company.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Strong technical expertise in banking or investment management is essential
- +7 years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory (preferably in real estate or private equity)
- Experience in corporate finance, M&A modelling, and deal structuring, with a focus on real estate
- Strong experience from boutique investment banks (e.g., Lazar, Rothschild, Jefferies) or large real estate funds (e.g., Hines, Brookfield, Capital Land)
- Prior exposure to the GCC region is highly desirable
- Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and corporate finance
- Familiarity with banking terminology and M&A processes
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, trends, and market conditions in the GCC region
- Understanding of portfolio management and investment analysis
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
