⚙️ We're Hiring | Production Mechanical Engineer

ISM PREFAB - Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia

ISM PREFAB is looking for a skilled Production Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Al-Khobar.

We are a leading modular and prefabricated construction company with 10+ years of experience, utilizing advanced LGS and CNC technology to deliver world-class prefab solutions for major clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Red Sea Global, and the Saudi Energy.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience with LGS, CNC machinery, or steel fabrication processes
• Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and manufacturing standards
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications
• NEBOSH certification is a strong plus
• Any additional HSE or production-related certifications are an advantage
• Familiarity with ARAMCO, SABIC, or industrial project standards is a plus

✅ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian market
• Experience in modular, prefab, or industrial manufacturing is a strong advantage
• Transferable Iqama (required)
• Available for interview in Al-Khobar
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations on the factory floor
• Ensure machinery, equipment, and production lines run at optimal efficiency
• Monitor product quality and enforce compliance with engineering specifications
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to meet delivery schedules
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimize production downtime
• Maintain HSE standards across all production areas

• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on exposure to manufacturing or construction-related production environments.
• Proficiency in Machine Design and understanding of mechanical systems used in modular construction or steel structures.
• Practical experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and reviewing mechanical drawings and production details.
• Ability to manage projects, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery.
• Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D) to improve products, materials, and production processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in modular construction, steel fabrication, or prefabricated buildings in the GCC region is an advantage.
