هذه فرصة قيادية منتجية عالية التأثير تركز على توسيع مجموعة من تطبيقات الجوال الناشئة. يجمع الدور بين الرؤية الإستراتيجية للمنتج والتنفيذ التشغيلي وملكية الأعمال لتحقيق نمو قابل للقياس. ستتولى قيادة عمليات دمج التطبيقات وتحسين تجارب المستخدمين وبناء أطر عمل قابلة للتوسع تسرّع أداء المنتج. ستعمل عبر فرق الهندسة والتصميم والنمو والبيانات والمالية والتنفيذية، مما يؤثر على القرارات التجارية الرئيسية. يتطلب هذا المنصب قائد منتج يزدهر في حالات الغموض ويتبنى الملكية ويحقق النتائج من خلال التجارب. ستساعد في تشكيل مستقبل نظام بيئي سريع النمو من تطبيقات الجوال من خلال تحويل المنتجات الواعدة إلى أعمال ناجحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة إستراتيجية التكامل والتحسين والنمو الشاملة لتطبيقات الجوال المُكتسبة حديثاً والمطورة داخلياً.
- امتلاك مقاييس أداء المنتج والأعمال، بما في ذلك نمو الإيرادات وتفاعل المستخدمين والتحويل والاحتفاظ ونتائج الربحية.
- تحديد خرائط طريق المنتج وتوجيه التنفيذ من المفهوم إلى الإطلاق والتحسين والتوسع.
- تطوير أطر تجارب باستخدام البيانات ورؤى المستخدمين واتجاهات السوق لتحديد فرص النمو وتحقيق الدخل.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- 7+ سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في إدارة المنتج، بما في ذلك ملكية كبيرة لخط منتج أو وحدة أعمال أو محفظة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة منتجات مع مسؤولية مباشرة عن نتائج الإيرادات أو الربحية أو P&L.

- 7+ years of professional product management experience, including significant ownership of a product line, business unit, or portfolio.
- Proven experience managing products with direct responsibility for revenue, profitability, or P&L-related outcomes.
- Strong background in mobile application ecosystems, including experience with utility, social, entertainment, rewards, or consumer apps.
- Understanding of mobile monetization models such as subscriptions, in-app purchases (IAP), and in-app advertising (IAA).
- Demonstrated success scaling products, improving engagement, and driving measurable business results through experimentation.
- Experience integrating or optimizing products within multi-app portfolios or post-acquisition environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools, dashboards, and experimentation platforms to guide decisions.
