المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عملية تصميم المنتج من البداية إلى النهاية، بدءاً من الاكتشاف وتعريف المشكلة وصولاً إلى الابتكار والتحقق من الفرضيات والنمذجة الأولية والتسليم النهائي.
- تصميم تجارب مستخدم قابلة للتطوير لمنصة CRM سحابية معقدة، تشمل لوحات المعلومات ولوحات الإدارة وإدارة سير العمل وتكوينات الواجهات وأذونات الأدوار ورحلات المستخدم متعددة الخطوات.
- ترجمة متطلبات الأعمال المعقدة إلى أنماط منتج بديهية وقابلة لإعادة الاستخدام تدعم مؤسسات وصناعات وسيناريوهات تشغيلية متعددة.
- إجراء أبحاث المستخدمين ومقابلات مع أصحاب المصلحة وتحليل سير العمل واختبارات قابلية الاستخدام للكشف عن الرؤى والتحقق من قرارات المنتج.
- تطوير فرضيات وبناء نماذج أولية تفاعلية وتحليل تحليلات المنتج وتكرار التصاميم بناءً على التغذية الراجعة النوعية والكمية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع مديري المنتجات ومحللي الأعمال والمهندسين وفرق ضمان الجودة وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين للموازنة بين احتياجات المستخدم وأهداف العمل والقيود التقنية.
- المساهمة في نظام التصميم وتوسيعه من خلال إنشاء مكونات قابلة للتطوير والحفاظ على الاتساق عبر بيئة المنتج.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 4+ سنوات كمصمم منتج أو مصمم تجربة مستخدم أو دور مماثل، ويفضل في منتجات SaaS أو B2B أو CRM أو البرمجيات المؤسسية أو المنتجات الموجهة بسير العمل.

Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and problem definition through ideation, validation, prototyping, and final delivery.
- Design scalable user experiences for a complex Web SaaS CRM platform, including dashboards, administration panels, workflow management, configuration interfaces, role-based permissions, and multi-step user journeys.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, reusable product patterns that support multiple organizations, industries, and operational scenarios.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate product decisions.
- Develop hypotheses, build interactive prototypes, analyze product analytics, and iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Contribute to and expand the design system by creating scalable components and maintaining consistency across the product ecosystem.
- Provide design documentation and implementation support, ensuring design quality throughout development while exploring AI-powered tools and modern prototyping techniques to enhance workflows.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, preferably within SaaS, B2B, CRM, enterprise software, or workflow-driven products.
- Proven experience leading product discovery, framing ambiguous problems, generating hypotheses, and shaping product direction before interface design.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design for complex user roles, permissions, workflows, configurations, and scalable business processes.
- Expertise in designing sophisticated interfaces such as dashboards, data tables, administrative tools, configuration flows, and operational platforms.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, analytics, and evidence-based design decision making.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, interactive prototyping, design systems, and component libraries.
- Good understanding of frontend development concepts, responsive design, implementation constraints, and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design rationale, evaluate trade-offs, and work effectively in Agile environments.
- Professional proficiency in both Ukrainian and English.
- Experience with AI-assisted design workflows, CRM platforms, enterprise products, low-code tools, or API-driven systems is considered an advantage.
