تعلن شركة Gold and Minerals Ltd، إحدى شركات التعدين سريعة النمو العاملة في المملكة العربية السعودية منذ عام 2009، عن توفر وظيفة مشغل جهاز حفر (Driller) للعمل في مشروع جبال قُطمان بمنطقة عسير - بيشة. يهدف هذا الدور إلى تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة الحفر لجمع العينات الأساسية وبيانات برامج الاستكشاف المعدني، مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وكفاءة العمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة الحفر للحصول على عينات أساسية وبيانات لبرامج الاستكشاف المعدني.
- ضمان عمليات حفر آمنة وفعالة ودقيقة وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع ومعايير السلامة المعتمدة لدى الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم فني أو شهادة في مجال الحفر أو التعدين أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في حفر الاستكشاف (تشمل الحفر الهوائي Air Core، والحفر الماسي DD، والحفر العكسي RC).
- قدرة مثبتة على تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة حفر الاستكشاف السطحي (مثل أجهزة الحفر الماسي، والحفر العكسي، والحفر الهوائي).
- معرفة قوية بأدوات الحفر، وسوائل الحفر، وإجراءات أخذ العينات.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول والقدرة على العمل في بيئات ميدانية نائية.

The first of these projects is our Jibal Qutman Project near Bisha in Asir province and the second is our Hawiah Project near Taif in Makkah Province.

Role Description
The Drill Rig Operator (Driller) is responsible for operating and maintaining drilling rigs to obtain core samples and data for mineral exploration programs. The role ensures safe, efficient, and accurate drilling operations in accordance with project requirements and company safety standards.

Qualifications And Experience
- Technical Diploma or Certificate in Drilling, Mining, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in exploration drilling (Air core, DD and RC drilling).
- Proven ability to operate and maintain surface exploration drill rigs (e.g., diamond core or reverse circulation and Air core rigs).
- Strong knowledge of drilling tools, fluids, and sampling procedures.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in remote field environments.
