Who We Are

Established in 2009 - GMCO have fostered a discovery led approach to mine development - since its formation the company has made two major discoveries at Jabal Qutman (Gold) and in the Wadi Bidah (Copper-Gold VMS) which are now moving through Feasibility assessment, as well as several smaller discoveries across its licence portfolio. GMCO operates across one of the largest Exploration land packages in Saudi Arabia with access to over 2200km² of ground across 29 Exploration licences.

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Mining Engineer to join our Mine Development Team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, planning, and execution of both open pit and underground mining operations, playing a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mine design, planning, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or higher
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Hands-on approach with operational readiness
• Cooperative, diligent, and team-oriented
