يعمل مهندس التصميم ضمن وحدة صمامات العزل في شركة Emerson العربية للتصنيع في المملكة العربية السعودية، بالدمام. يتولى تقديم الدعم الهندسي لمشاريع وأوامر البيع عبر منتجات الصمامات والمحركات، مع التفاعل مع فرق الهندسة والتصنيع والمبيعات لضمان تلبية متطلبات العملاء والجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الهندسي لأوامر العملاء، بما في ذلك تصميم وتعديل وتوثيق حلول الصمامات والمحركات.
- إعداد وصيانة المخرجات الهندسية مثل النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد والرسومات المتكاملة وقوائم المواد والوثائق الفنية باستخدام بيئة CAD ثلاثية الأبعاد.
- تفسير مواصفات العملاء وأوراق البيانات والرموز والمعايير الدولية المطبقة لضمان تصميمات متوافقة ومحسّنة.
- تحديد فلسفات الأتمتة والتشغيل لمختلف تطبيقات الصمامات بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العميل والمشروع.
- دعم الاستفسارات الفنية من فرق المبيعات وعروض الأسعار وإدارة الأوامر طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- التعاون مع فرق التصنيع وسلسلة التوريد والخدمات لدعم أنشطة الإنتاج والمشتريات والميدان.
- إعداد رسومات العملاء ومخططات الأسلاك والرسومات التخطيطية ووثائق التصنيع للتقديم الداخلي وللعميل.
- مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات الداخلية والموردة، والتوصية بتحسينات لتعزيز الجودة والكفاءة وفعالية التكلفة.
- الحفاظ على دقة التوثيق الهندسي بما في ذلك المراجعات والإشعارات بالتغيير وتحديثات الأوامر وفقًا لأنظمة الجودة.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر من خلال تعلم المنتجات والتطبيقات والممارسات الهندسية الجديدة.
- الالتزام بسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة كما هو معمول به في المؤسسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة أو مؤهل معادل في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة الأجهزة.
- خبرة في هندسة المنتجات أو الطلبيات في مجال الصمامات أو المحركات أو الأتمتة الصناعية.
- معرفة عملية بالتطبيقات الهوائية والهيدروليكية.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات CAD ثلاثية الأبعاد للتصميم الهندسي والتوثيق.
- فهم الرسومات الهندسية والتسامح الهندسي ووثائق العمليات.
- القدرة على التواصل بفعالية باللغة الإنجليزية في بيئة هندسية مهنية.

This position is responsible for delivering engineering support for project and sales orders across valve and actuation product lines. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of order engineering activities, close collaboration with global engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams, and ensuring solutions meet customer, quality, and industry requirements.

- Provide engineering support for customer orders, including design, modification, and documentation of valve and actuation solutions.
- Develop and maintain engineering deliverables such as 3D models, integrated drawings, bills of materials, and technical documents using a 3D CAD environment.
- Interpret customer specifications, datasheets, and applicable international codes and standards to ensure compliant and optimized designs.
- Define automation and actuation philosophies for various valve applications, aligned with customer and project requirements.
- Support technical queries from sales, quotation, and order management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams to support production, procurement, and field activities.
- Prepare customer drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturing documentation for internal use and customer submission.
- Review and approve internal and supplier drawings, recommending improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation, including revisions, change notices, and order updates, in line with quality systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by learning new products, applications, and engineering practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience in product or order engineering within the valve, actuation, or industrial automation domain.
- Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic applications.
- Experience using 3D CAD tools for engineering design and documentation.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, geometric tolerancing, and process documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional engineering environment.
- Product knowledge related to butterfly valves, ball valves, and actuator systems.
- Familiarity with international valve standards and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and structured engineering workflows.
- Exposure to multi‑regional or global engineering collaboration.
