Job Description:

The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the company’s financial operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with a solid foundation in financial principles and managerial expertise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced competency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and facilitate sustainable growth. Key to this role is the ability to interpret complex financial data, provide actionable insights, and promote financial literacy across departments. The successful candidate will also spearhead the preparation and management of financial policies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to high-level financial decision-making alongside the executive team.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or CPA designation is preferred.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management or a related role within a reputable organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and advanced financial analysis techniques.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple budgets efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting practices, and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop finance team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that support the organization's financial goals and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and growth opportunities; provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Oversee the budgeting process, including the development of annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and industry benchmarks, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal financial policies, serving as a point of contact for external auditors.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning to optimize liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvements within the finance department, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial operations and reporting.
• Foster a culture of financial accountability and awareness among all departments through training sessions and financial literacy initiatives.
