Job Description:

The General Manager - Healthcare Cluster Operations will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of multiple healthcare facilities within the designated cluster. This role demands an exceptional leader with a deep understanding of operational management, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to drive operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that optimize patient care and enhance overall facility efficiency. The General Manager will also play a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement, partnering with clinical leaders, department heads, and external entities to develop innovative solutions and maintain high standards of service delivery while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and regulatory standards. Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations management, with a focus on multi-site leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing operational strategies that enhance patient care and facility efficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience collaborating with clinical leaders, department heads, and external stakeholders.
• Expertise in utilizing data analytics to drive operational improvements and enhance patient outcomes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse groups.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction for the healthcare cluster, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facilities within the cluster, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance patient satisfaction and support clinical excellence.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance across the cluster.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement best practices for workforce management, including recruitment, training, and retention strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
