تعلن أكاديمية وعد (Waad Academy) - إحدى مدارس شركة وعد التعليمية الدولية - عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير مرافق (Facility Manager) في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على صيانة وسلامة وصيانة مرافق المدرسة بشكل عام.
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للمرافق والتنسيق مع الموردين الخارجيين.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- دعم بيئة التعلم من خلال المحافظة على البنية التحتية للمدرسة لتكون آمنة وإيجابية ومناسبة للطلاب والموظفين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة المرافق، أو الهندسة (مدنية، ميكانيكية، كهربائية، أو صناعية)، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة الإنشاءات، أو الهندسة المعمارية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، منها سنتان على الأقل في دور إداري أو إشرافي.
- خبرة في بيئات ذات كثافة تشغيلية عالية (مثل المدارس والمستشفيات والمراكز التجارية) ضرورية.
- مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة فرق مع القدرة على الإشراف وتحفيز فريق متنوع.
- الإلمام بالتحديات التشغيلية في المؤسسات التعليمية أو العامة، ومعايير السلامة والامتثال للأماكن العامة.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، مع القدرة على التعاون بفعالية مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience in high-volume environments (e.g., schools, hospitals, malls) is essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee and motivate a diverse team
- Familiarity with operational challenges in educational or public institutions, as well as safety and compliance standards for public spaces
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
