Job Title: IT Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Supervisor to oversee and support the company's IT operations across our restaurants, ice cream, and dessert outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of business systems, provide technical leadership, and support the organization's growth through reliable and efficient technology solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support and supervision.
• Previous experience in multi-site restaurants, retail, hospitality, ice cream, or dessert businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Odoo ERP systems.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Experience in coordinating with IT vendors and monitoring IT-related budgets and expenses.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with operations, finance, and senior management teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily IT operations across all branches and the head office.
• Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
• Maintain and optimize the Odoo ERP system to support business operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and implement preventive measures.
• Prepare regular reports and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
