We are looking for a Product R&D Specialist to join our team and lead the development of exciting new ice cream and cake products.

• Research market trends and consumer preferences.
• Analyze competitors and identify new opportunities.
• Develop new flavors, seasonal products, and limited-edition products.
• Collaborate with Production, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Recommend innovative packaging and presentation concepts.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development or R&D within the F&B industry (ice cream, bakery, or desserts preferred).
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
• Arabic & English proficiency is preferred.
