Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Guest Experience & Loyalty Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the guest journey, managing our CRM platform, overseeing the loyalty program, and transforming customer feedback into meaningful improvements that strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Manage and maintain the CRM platform and customer database.
• Execute and monitor customer engagement campaigns.
• Oversee the daily operations of the loyalty program.
• Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback from multiple channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve the guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular customer experience reports for management.

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Experience, CRM, Hospitality, or Retail.
• Experience with CRM and loyalty platforms.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Arabic & English proficiency is preferred.
