Saud International School is inviting applications for the position of Human Resource Manager.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in human resource management, preferably within an educational or school environment. The role requires a professional who can manage recruitment processes, maintain accurate employee records, support staff-related matters, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and contribute to a positive and well-structured workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the school’s human resource operations in a professional and efficient manner.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer letters, and joining procedures.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, contracts, personnel files, documentation, and HR databases.
- Manage staff onboarding, orientation, joining formalities, and induction processes for new employees.
- Support school leadership in workforce planning, staffing requirements, and recruitment needs.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, school procedures, employment regulations, and internal guidelines.
- Manage attendance, leave requests, staff absences, late arrivals, and related reporting.
- Coordinate with accounts or payroll teams regarding salary information, deductions, benefits, leave records, and employee updates.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally, including staff concerns, grievances, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management processes, probation reviews, contract renewals, warnings, disciplinary procedures, and exit processes.
- Prepare HR reports related to staffing, attendance, turnover, recruitment progress, employee status, and other HR matters.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee records, staff discussions, salary information, and sensitive HR matters.
- Coordinate with government relation teams or relevant departments regarding residency, work permits, documentation, and compliance requirements where applicable.
- Support school leadership in maintaining a professional, respectful, and positive working environment.
- Assist in staff communication, policy updates, HR announcements, and internal administrative coordination.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits, inspections, accreditation, and internal review processes when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in a school or educational organization.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and staff management.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and local employment procedures is strongly preferred.
- Experience in managing staff records, contracts, leave, attendance, and HR compliance.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work with academic, administrative, and support staff.
- Good computer skills and experience with HR systems, spreadsheets, and digital documentation.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
